I lived in Bay Ridge since 2019. See 86th street with all the big outlet stores? The pandemic killed more than half of them. Modell's, TJ Maxx, Century 21. Gamestop, Payless, and more.. gone. I feel like it's starting to bounce back a little, but I don't know, what it will take to recover. Retail is risky business

Perfect! The best possible video of what S. I. really looks like. I recognized every foot of the way, though it's been years since I was there. An overcast sky and leafless trees help to make everything clearly visible. I'd enjoy seeing the same thing starting at Egbertville, to the New Jersey end of Outerbridge Crossing, via Richmond and Arthur Kill Roads. Your speed was ideal.

Look up Lake Popalopen and Hell Hole New York they are were Bear Mountain is, it's where they kept some German POWS during WW2 to work in the mills and such. I had a hillucibigenic episode there in the summer of 2002 when I was in the Army stationed at West Point. It's all very real a very evil presense is there for sure.

Why do Canadians not check American cars for guns crossing the Canadian border? And we are surprised that we have so many guns on our streets in Toronto? The Canadian Border Security officers should be ashamed of themselves that they don't check every American car for gunsl.

I grew up in Brooklyn and my parents used to take us driving through bay ridge to see the Christmas lights. 20 years later, my folks cashed out and sold their place in park slope and moved to bay ridge, but now they gotta step up their Christmas light game!

From Niagara Falls NY, but live in the Florida panhandle (Pensacola first now Panama City) since retiring from the US Navy in 1988. While growing up as young teens, before 9/11 would frequently cross into Canada by ourselves to go to a couple of popular swimming places over there (both are now closed). Border Agents on both side were thorough but friendly usually going into Canada they would ask "Where were you born?" and if you were born outside the country you showed your Green Card. Next question was usually "Where do you live?" then "Where are you going?" then "Are you bringing anything in?" sometimes they asked for ID. As I said they were thorough but fairly pleasant to deal with. Went home for the 50th Class Reunion recently and was surprised and disappointed at how rude and demanding the Agents and you could hear a little of that in the video. But I'm still proud to call Niagara Falls my home and love watching video about it.

Also there were not many Chinese, Russians or Muslims. Most of the people were Scandinavia’s Italians, Greeks,Irish, Lebanese, Syrians, Armenians etc. we all got along and we we’re Americans.🇺🇸 not like the current group of immigrants that come here and don’t assimilate. They just want to set there own country.😛
