I had a gunshop hold on to a rifle they were supposed to fix for 8 months. One day i went in to get it since they never called me. They forgot about it and went through their stock to find it. One of the guys tried to charge me a holding fee but the owner almost yelled at him "we didnt fix the thing, why would we charge him"
