Hi Christina I’ve recently started following you on Instagram, I’ve been keto a year and now transitioned to carnivore, I love it! Do you track your ketones???
I'm in my 3rd week on carnivore. So far, I've gained 2 pounds, had indigestion every day, constipation, and insomnia. I eat all the correct food. These are all new issues for me. I was keto for 3 years before trying this. I'm disappointed. Any suggestions?
