I actually had the honor of seeing Def Leppard live alongside Steve Miller and Journey at Globe Life Field, home of the 2023 World Series champions, the Texas Rangers in August of 2024!!! It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! Having said that, with all these tours of famous rock bands playing together onstage, I think *KISS* and Def Leppard were the first ones to start that trend!!!!!!!! Of course, I could be wrong, but I think it’s still cool nonetheless!!!!!

Stanley Theatre Pittsburgh 82. Nobody showed, 200 max. Lead singer threw up and passed out after 4 songs. Joe took over vocals and dropped Hendrix covers all night. Stood right in front of him, man he was wasted! Ah, the 80’s!

Way better than Steven Tyler's forced remake for the Done with Mirrors album. Saw them at the Summer Jam 1982 in NH, can't remember too much if it because I partied too hard that night, but I'll never forget being there! Joe kicks ass all over the place on this one ❤️

I was a professional musician in Boston during the 1970’s to the mid-80’s. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe and I personally know Charlie from all the way back to when he used to work the counter at Boston Music and was with Balloon. Both great guys.

Personally I think theres very few artists that ever made it from those episodes of American idol that actually made it to the top. I mean I guess Kelly Clarkston? Yeah not to many.

Absolutely on it, normally speaking you’d have 1 unknown band or a band that hasn’t quite made into the spotlight. But this was 2 of the greatest bands in the world. I really don’t think they had any songs that sucked. Maybe a few, but definitely more hits than bad.

We went to this show when it came thru. We NEVER miss a DL show. DL opened for KISS. And BLEW KISS away! I knew they would. KISS was good. But DL? They have the greatest live shows I've ever seen.
