I have this album on CD but to my great disappointment it has the edited short version of this song, not this long version I was expecting when I bought it.

I like your song
The guitar effect they used on the original studio version is called an "ebow" It's a small device held in your hand and you place just above one of the guitar strings and vibrate the string without you plucking the string. You just slide your fingers over the guitar frets to change notes. It's a far underused effect cuz it was hard to master for consistent sound without interruption.
Now I know why I always thought the guitar on this song is so dang awesome.
