Dom, with your love of Dinosaurs. Have you checked out Xenozoic Tales from Mark Schultz? I think it's something you might enjoy. There was a brief cartoon of it in the 90s called Cadillac and Dinosaurs.

It's a mix bag for me. I love Conan and would love more of these Omnibus. Realistically, Do I want to buy two of these a month for a while? I think spacing these out would have been much better. Rather have them take their time and give us a better product. Oh well. Time will tell.

Do you think there's any chance that dc finest batman will be mapped chronologicaly so that year one will be first?

I might have to get the dc finest Batman now as it collects one more issue than second chances.

I have been hoping for this era of Batman being consistently collected, and it looks like they are doing right by not overlapping the issues, so I look forward to getting both of them. As for the Conan omnibus situation, I just don’t understand why they keep soliciting more and more books when the books that were solicited over a year ago have still not been released. I understand that it’s a small company and that there could be production issues and delays due to that, but they should just focus on getting two books out a year instead of soliciting so many books and not releasing a single one. I have all of the Marvel ones and will only be buying the new SSOC from Vol. 9 and on.

So close! Batman 400 is such a classic issue (it is a celebration of Batman with many top artists of the 80’s drawing different pages of the book) and to my knowledge it has only been reprinted in the Joker omnibus (of all places). How dare DC tease me like this by starting at 401.

I’m excited for the DC Finest. I plan on picking up several of them.

If the Justice League by Snyder and Tynion Omni has been downsized and become a Volume 1, doesn't that mean that Volumes 1 and 2 will probably have more material together than a single volume would have had on it's own? In that case, I wouldn't mind, especially since I already have the Deluxe Editions. But Volume 1 at about 500 pages less should really become much less expensive than $150! And one thing about your list of Conan Omnis: I see The Complete Kabuki: 30th Anniversary Edition as the third book in the list. Maybe it would make sense to mention that's not a Conan book. 😉 I'm definitely going to buy the Kabuki book if Dark Horse manage to correct their stretched cover errors from the Kabuki Library Edition, Vol. 2.

Great list Dom, going to get me that WE3 deluxe book. I have been waiting for it to return to an oversized edition.

I love comic book stores!

I read *The Kang Dynasty* recently and really enjoyed it. New to collecting/reading so there was alot of the characters had existing story arcs which i knew nothing about. Tempted to grab the two Avenger volumes to hopefully fully flush the story out. Going by the TPB and what we saw with the MCU adaptation of the same title, I don't believe it was the same story they were going with.

Excellent list Dom! Since you gushed about Immonen, if you haven't already checked out Nextwave: Agents of Hate by Marvel, you should. It's where I feel Immonen took his art to the next level. Ellis is the writer. Hopefully one day, we'll get an OHC or Gallery edition of it. One other book I would also recommend for this month would be Ghost Rider: Danny Ketch which was a great run of Ghost Rider from the early 90s. A lot of fun!

Thank you Dom! Great countdown. My two picks are on your list, Ultimate Spider-Man and All-Star Batman. That's so cool that Remender's Uncanny Avengers got you interested in Kang. Same with me! I had always thought he was silly and stupid. That run really showcased how dangerous and methodical he actually is. That is one of my favorite villain plans of all time. Can someone educate me and explain why it is called the "Triangle" era of Superman? Was that the name of a main story arc or was his Superman logo a triangle or...my guess...Superman learned to play the triangle during this time and got really good at it?

So many awesome books here that I need to get! I particularly need to pick up Ultimate Spider-Man omnibus vols 3 and 4, I'm very excited to when I can.
