Life with my westie. Todays video is, we continue sharing with you our morning routines. Walk in the forest.
Walk in the forest is a brilliant way to get moving and do some exercise with my dog in a natural environment. And at the same way of getting a good bonding and while walking in nature gives my dog more space and freedom to roam, run, play and explore, it is likely to extend my dog’s lifespan and slow ageing by lowering the risk of obesity. My dog is 12yo and Yes I am making him in a good shape, so he can live more years longer.
