My Shops and My Work Throughout the Years
Our work spaces can have a lot of influence on the work we create. For years I worked out of various bedrooms, a shared garage full of other people's junk, hallways, my living room, you name it. I think this kind of set up is true for a lot of people nowadays, when space and tools are hard to come by and most times out of reach financially.

Always inspiring. It is impressive to watch the growth of artist and studio. I’m busy trying to shove as much as I can into the extra slot in the garage and convincing my wife to let me expand the carving (big chip less dust stuff) into the basement.

The tool does the talking, nice. I hear you on the tendon injuries, we all find we need to change angles and grips to keep going pain free, or at least relatively pain free.

Saw your video on the fine woodworking page. Seeing as how you probably can’t post it here for a while, I’ll comment here. What got to me more than anything watching you make the shrink pots was your passion. People think of passion as something frantic or energetic. I could feel the tendons in my own hand tense with eat push or pull of the tool. That to me screams out with an intense passion for your craft. I have subscribed and look forward to watching your channel grow!

So true that sharpenning is the key to any woodworking , including for safety reasons. Question, never use two handed gouges on hardwood ? Thanks for the vid, looking forward to seeing the next ones!
