Combine egg, oil and sugar, beat/stir until smooth pale yellow and add vanilla then stir again until well combine. 2. Add all dry ingredients flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt-gradually add milk and beat until smooth. 3. Add the macha powder and fold until well combine followed by semi sweet chocolate chips. 4. Bake at 160C for 12 minutes. Yield: 12 medium sizes
