I found this video because I was able to add a new Contact, but the Profile field is blank. There is no dropdown menu, and when I try to add a new Profile, all of the options are red and the system won't let me select any of them. I then get an error trying to save the page the "Profile must have a value" -- even though the system is not allowing me to add one. Unfortunately, this type of error does not seem to be covered in the video. I submitted a Help Desk ticket, but it says it can take 5 business days. I hope you can provide future guidance on how to resolve this type of error so that users can manage Contacts more effectively. EDIT: I was able to figure out a solution -- you need to hit "Create a change request" before you're allowed to change the Profile. There's no error message or help text that provides this guidance; I had to learn through trial and error. Hopefully if someone else is having this issue, this comment will help them.

You do a good job, but it would help if vendors like me could log in? It would also help if the link you provided actually worked. Passport is andalwyas will be a nightmare and changing colors and font size does not change the fact that Vendors cannot log in. Good luck trying to get anything done on passport.

Hello, We are a not-for-profit entity. We have seven members. Do we list all of them on the questionnaire form? Do we need to list their job title/salary if they work, or can we say employed? Last, can the President and Treasurer sign the document without a third party?

hi.I initiated a budget mod but not able to save changes .I don't have option to save and submit to agency option. Also i am not able to upload the supporting Docs. Also you mentioned that the time button will ALWAYS keep a running tab of our HISTORY, however that is NOT the case with my profile. I was using your information to track my submitted works, signed out and in again and it was all there. Now, ALL of my history is GONE! and I am not able to locate any of my submitted works.
