On a second playthrough, the hints were like anvils! How did I not see any of them? There were SO MANY. Theresa almost flat out says it: "I don't understand why the nobles are so interested in you" but you know, derp de doo. Oh well! Friend played it and he figured it out the minute Radzig mentioned Henry's mother. XD Gotta love that uno reverse when Martin charges off: "Go to the castle. Radzig will take care of you, he owes me." (Because *I'm* your father and don't you forget it!)
@DarkLadyPhoenix Yep! For me, it was one of those things where I didn't ever really question it, so I was pretty surprised when it was told 🤣. I thought maybe Martin and Radzig used to fight together or something, and he saved his life maybe.
Yeah, this game is one of a kind, glad you had fun with it. So stoked for KCD2!!!

It's a reveal that makes a LOT of sense in retrospective. How much Radzig seems interested in Henry. How much Henry is able to seemingly get away with early in the game without getting at least fired (disobeying his leige lord, fucking up terribly and having to be rescued, getting into a fight with a prominent nobleman, and the de-facto owner of the castle he's in and so on...) It's not completly unexplainable while you play, becase it can be handwaved by the fact that Radzig was good friends with henry's (adopted) father.
@Tech-Kaplan-Kali yeah i agree. I think what happens at the start of the game can help distract you from thinking about that too.

I just quit this game 15 minutes ago. Got to the lab level and it is garbage. Not only are there multiple enemies, but also they went ahead and added a mister x to the ordeal. Shitty I wasted $30 on it, but if I'm getting frustrated more than having fun. Then I'm not gonna keep playing a game. There's also multiple other negatives about it. Wish I could get my money back for digital games. 🤦
@Blinker485 yeah I agree with you on some of those things. I was about 50/50 between being annoyed and having fun. I wish there was more enemy variety, you fight the same 5 or so enemies throughout the whole game, and the boss fights are not that polished. I will say that the party system is cool though. The first few hours I was happy with it, then as I went on it got more and more bland.

Me with over well over 500 kills notched on my belt, full set of Lords of Leipa armor (tourney champion), St George’s Sword, thinking I can take on the world, and a group of peasants jump from the bushes and beat me to death with hoes and shovels. 10/10 medieval rpg experience.

@@Graez I’m liking it so far. I think the combat feels pretty good. Especially from a small no name studio. I hope that they can continue and improve.
@@mobilemetal4554 I agree. There is some jank and polishing that could be better, but overall I like it enough to finish my playthrough.
If you havent already, it would be worthwhile going to the trainer near the traning arena in Ratay and learning the master strike (the thing the second guys was doing to you in the duel) it can help and even trivalize some combat in the game.
Yep, I think I learned it in the episode after this one. Just finished my playthrough yesterday!

@@Graez Highly recommend Theresa's DLC "A Woman's Lot". It's not really affected by the main story, so it shouldn't matter that you've finished it.

@AgentSmash7 yeah I saw that! I like how that sword is basically the one thing that's pushing the story for the second game, except for the main enemy as well.
@Graez yeah! But I'm not gonna lie, before the 2nd one was announced, the ending did feel a bit like a let down since nothing about Markvart or the Sword was brought to a conclusion.
@AgentSmash7 Yeah, he was left out for the whole game after the intro part. They have some stuff going on later this month for the sequel. Look up KCD 2 roadmap if you haven't seen it.

@@Graez yeah that's fair. I kinda love it because it forces you to literally live the life of a monk and if that isn't immersive, I don't know what is. But yeah it makes sense for the video.

one thing that should help you in kcd is wait for your stamina/yellow bar to be about half till you attack it helps with taking hits and hitting them back
@suatiamaio6168 yeah that's definitely something that takes getting used to. How your stamina also acts as your defense in a way. I just learned master strikes, so that should help some too.

Godwins quest is brilliant! Also, even I got to know this recently but apparently if you just dressed up as a Cuman you could just walk into Pribitzlavitz (I know I'm not spelling that right). But yeah that entire section can get quite hard at times. great video dude!

@@Graez Thats just the thing about this game. there's multiple ways to solve problems. I didn't even think of just blazing through with my horse XD.
@AgentSmash7 I am also playing the game atm. Is the quest bugged a lot? I had found a set of cuman gear in a trunk. But enemies would directly attack me anyway. Not even talking. I also had other issues in the quest.
@@nurunkabir1893 Not that I know of. But KCD was very buggy when it came out apparently. Maybe it's something to do with that? I personally did not have any issues ttnh. Maybe just try to sneak in?
@nurunkabir1893 alright so I did this on a recent playthrough. Apart from the other cuman gear, tou need a captains helmet that covers your face. But that's not all. After getting in, you might have a few conversation checks with the cumans in the camp. Provided you pass them, there's also a small cutscene as well!

Didn't kill Kunesh, knocked him out. There was a button prompt to kill him after he went out. Not saving Tess is f-ed up though
