This is because your flex cable is damaged. This happens in most of the screen rotating cameras. You have to replace your camera screen flex cable. You can buy it online and replace yourself otherwise go to any recommended service centre of nikon. It will cost around 5000 or something.

Try todo a clean up. sensor cleaninh may be taking to a service center wuld be helpful. I tried auto sesor clean through setting it works but is temp. solution.
Went to service center and they said it is hinge issue which needs to be replaced.
