It's been hard to process my interpretation of fear and how it translates biblically.... pretty sure my understanding of fear in my life experience is different than the fear the Bible talks about

I'm so sorry I just got into watching this video, but I am so excited for the launching of Cornerstone Hendersonville!! Love, love, love Pastor Gunnar and his sweet family. Had the honor of meeting them personally at the Pizza gathering - the little girls are just precious. This message was spot on! The times I have been tormented with discouragement I have used all three points to lift the dark cloud of discouragement off me. Remembering God’s faithfulness gives me a weapon to use against the enemy the next encounter with discouragement. Songs of praise have given me strength and hope during those darkest times. Thank you Pastor for this powerful word.

This had helped me realized that in whatever season of life I am in, God has given me a sphere of influence and for that I can have joy. For He has given me an avenue of spreading his kingdom.

This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine☀️. It’s all about shining for Him.

As I listened to this, I kept seeing in my mind a picture of flowers growing in the cracks of a sidewalk or a road. This parable seems simple at first, but it isn't. Sometimes, I wish He would clear out some of the rocks I can't seem to move. Also, I thought of this: John 4:37- one sows and another reaps. Sometimes, we are working the soil for someone else to plant the seed.

Because of the guilty the innocent suffer. Consequences affect the lives of those closest to us. Sin wants to steal, kill and destroy.

Trust and obey for there’s no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and OBEY.

I am so glad that you brought up the remainder of Matthew 6. I talked about that in Life Group last night as we discussed our sermon notes. It was verses 25-34 that impacted my life so much, and so goes along with it all.

This was such a welcome podcast!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you - I love our church and am so excited to see how the youth are excited also!!! We are so blessed to have such wonderful youth ministers who love our young people (and us older young people too ! It brought tears to my eyes when I saw all the youth coming on stage and the little ones accompanied by a teenager holding their hands! A beautiful sight!!!❤🙏

As a person who has just recently transitioned from Youth to Young Adults, I completely agree with P. Curtis that we need to find out for ourselves who we are. I know I experienced my greatest faith increase when I began to pursue the Lord myself and ask Him my own questions. A piece of advice for the current Youth: start serving in a ministry that goes along with your strengths but also challenges you. 1) you'll learn new things that will increase your skills and 2) the friction will challenge you spiritually in a way that causes you to look to God. I say this from personal experience :) Great podcast as always!

This was a great podcast. Love the passion and commitment our Pastors have for our children, youth and young adults. Sunday’s message showed me the importance of prayer over our children and youth. God showed me I am who I am today not because of accomplishments in my life but because of the prayers prayed over me since birth and through my childhood from Sunday School teachers and youth leaders. Those prayers and their results continue today; even though those precious people who prayed for me have long been with Jesus. This has lit a spark in me to be praying daily over our Cornerstone children, youth and young adults. Exciting days ahead! Happy to be a part and supporting what God is doing😃.

Hey Jeremy I was one of the kids from one camp ,the movement camps also a few conventions and I’m not a kid anymore 😂 (about to be 24) but every time I hear you talk it just pulls me in! I love listening to you preach and how you talk about the lord! I have been absent in the church since then but now I’m trying to get back!

Love this topic❤. It is so vital to show the world how necessary it is to be a part of a church family. I’m a beneficiary of one who has had a church family my entire life. Hello! Fellow extrovert, I just want you to know that I am excited for this Sunday's sermon and our new series. I also want you to know that one of my favorite parts of the sermon is when you say, "now turn to your neighbor..."

Psalm 23 has such a "life-saving" message for me. Many years ago I was going through a very sad time in my life - I felt like I was in such a deep, dark place and I didn't know what to do. I was always listening to TBN for peace and there was a pastor on one evening talking about Psalm 23 - being in the "valley". He said that many who are in that valley are seeking an escape from the pain and take a detour (which can lead to drugs, alcohol, etc.) to ease the pain and may be in that "detour" for many years seeking relief, but eventually they will have to finish the walk - that if they'd stayed in the valley they may have only been ONE step away from being out of the valley! That gave me such wonderful hope and it changed my whole vision! God is my vision, my hope, my love and my life. He had me turn that TV program on that particular night at that particular time! He sent me that vision and hope! Thank you Lord! ❤
