The depth psychology works I'm on consists of 2 components: consciousness works and alignment works. Consciousness works involve increasing awareness of my less conscious thoughts. Alignment works involve integrating and disentangling differing thought patterns that appear to oppose each other. Both consciousness works and alignment works involve psychologically processing past experiences that I'm overly attached to that contributed to either a thought pattern being repressed/suppressed or, differing thought patterns being either entangled or seen as mutually exclusive.

@Jasper-me5gp oh, which portions would you prefer it smoothened out? Hope this would make what i intended to display clearer. I tend to incorporate multiple stops in my dance in response to the music (multiple beats, lyrics, melody, etc). The multiple stops might not be clear enough under the circumstances (my physical state and camera angle) when I recorded this video.

@@Jasper-me5gp ahh...ic, yeah, my turning during post weights training are typically less satisfactory, to myself, than that when I'm in Polo tee. Regardless, one of my goals is to increase the satisfaction of my turning when I'm in Polo tee, as those are the times when I would have had at least 12 hours of rest from a weights training session. So, my ability to improve on that smoothness would require me to better recover post workout. For now, I doubt improving the smoothness for the dance immediate post weights training is in line with my goals, as that can mean deterring myself from pushing harder in my weight training sessions to improve my performance. However, I may consider this goal in future should I reach a stage when I intent to only maintain my performance in weight training instead of actively trying to improve it. Appreciate your input and hope my reply portrays a clearer idea of some of my goal(s) I'm pursuing and prioritizing.

@@vinhhoangphuc7906 truth is, it took me a couple of years to pick up some of the dance techniques I displayed here, and thereafter, even more years to refine and improve further. I'm grateful to be able to reach this level, but, strive for even better precision, speed changes and creativity, etc :)
