Honestly, all these guys doing the housing estate in the eastern side of Nigeria they are just a big joker. They’re just selling into land with that knitting on it and the college housing estate you as a marketer can’t you see the housing estate in Lagos the weed develop the land before the start selling you’re just selling an empty plot, the forest and the housing estate by Ambu that is just stupid language. I’m going to write to the governor to stop you guys wasting the land. Let the developers and, invest money in the land and market it to the buyers.
@@johnjeff9254 Your concerns are very valid sir, but Enugu state is still a developing state when it comes to housing projects, there are still some good housing projects that has been developed in Enugu but these were done in the developed areas in Enugu, even the government are the key players in these projects. I know with the right mindset and the right person in position, all of these will be amended with time.

Governor mbah is changing the face Enugu state with speed.
