Bro how to solve this problem
First follow this video, after that see if you have installed any other version then uninstall that too, after uninstalling go to where you have installed it and see if there are any files, if there are, then delete them, after that you will have to uninstall this version.
right click, change and repair then uninstall

im using python 3.11.7 and using dlib cp311 this is the output : dlib is already installed with the same version as the provided wheel. Use --force-reinstall to force an installation of the wheel. It tried to install the face-recognition again and the same problem occurred
3.7 is best uninstall the 3.11 and install 3.7 and follow video instructions
