This was probably your best forms demo and its a great set. But, your camera man ruined it with horrible camera angles that make it hard to enjoy the form. It would have been better in they just held the camera and did not move.

This was great. Would be awesome if you could break down the whole Cotton needle form into applications. Otherwise this stuff will die out

Beautiful! Take it to the higher level. The body moves of its own accord, and "you awareness" watch the movements as the silent observer (without opinion, analysis, or any thinking). Awareness is formless, boundless, eternal, peacefulness, perfect and whole, your higher self, Tao). Move with alert awareness or more accurately you being " the field of awareness" and the body moves within you that field of awareness. No thinking, and that which remains is Tao or awareness. This is an internal practice, the highest of all the White Crane forms. Done properly, it is a moving meditation, a high level meditation, what the Tibetan Masters intended.
