Well, I prefer this slower growth where every upgrade is kinda meaningful over the (mostly Korean, I suppose) gacha games where you get 500 pulls on day one, get ten heroes to 10 stars on day one, only to realise by day 3 that the whales now have 30-star heroes already. With that disclaimer, the Blessed Requisitions should be seen as a bonus, rather than as a source of heroes - just don't buy them. Get as many as you can, but don't change your gaming pattern for them. With THAT disclaimer, I'll try and get all ten of them to report on what it actually cost me and just how much I stunted my development, to get... probably 40 Vindicta shards. 😅

In that case, best to play normally and just consider the scrolls a nice bonus. 😊

You technically do not need to - raiding counts for the killpoints. If you're talking about the XP boost, this is going to be a VERY tasty week in the arena, but yes, other than that, probably not worth it either.

We need to use roughly 1000 Blackstone (probably a little less, I lowballed the points from Incursions and ignored Salvage, Guild Wars and Guild Raid) while exclusively grinding suboptimal stages from the perspective of getting upgrades (and, paradoxically, experience). If we want to get all the Blessed Requisitions and also do daily missions etc, AND grind some Elite stages because Rare upgrades, we will have to spend more Blackstone = buy it, or drain our coffers of it for F2Ps. The real question is: Are the Requisitions even worth it, considering the 10-pull full hero is most likely going to be Vindicta, Calandis or Imospekh?

@@caoryn it probly is considering you don’t have to use the rolls now. They say that you can use them for future “banners”. I’m gonna get my 10 roll then hold it for a better banner.

Will there be a "better" banner? Do you want to do this every month, accumulating stuff you don't need? I'd say it's better to just play normally, maybe aim for 5 scrolls so that you can do a 10-pull once every two seasons of this. I don't mean to be confrontational, and neither am I claiming I am 100% right. I just don't think it's worth spending almost a week of not upgrading my Raid or GW teams at all on this.

@@caoryn I'd say there will absolutely be a better banner. It would be hard to do worse than this initial pool of characters if you were to just select them at random. I am not saying the breqs are worth farming, I think the system probably sucks like their other tweaks to the requisition system thus far.

I expect they all will have something like one Legendary and then an "interesting" selection. 🤣 But hey, eventually we want them all at the blue star, so as long as we treat it as a free bonus we can get from playing the game like we normally do, why not.

Infinite kills with an autoclicker app to pass the turn in a Grot Farm = infinite books. That'd be very much gamebreaking. Sure, time constraints and all, but technically very doable.

His HP is above average I'd say. The thing is he already has a high base armor value, and because of how armor works in Tacticus (direct reduction from each hit taken, but always letting at least the Pierce ratio percent of the hit through, and this process repeats for Gravis units again), you will get maximum possible mitigation (or close to it) on most attacks with both the armor types, so the increased HP pool is actually more beneficial. Is what I think, anyway. In PvP you'll mostly be facing teams with massive burst capability because of buffs which break the balancing and one-shot everything regardless.

Yeah, aside from the stages where I needed a very specifically aimed Yarrick drop (and I suspect in some of them I could have swapped WTP in and it'd be less RNG-y), this quest was okay. Aside from the three-faction roster which outright prevents newer Tacticians for playing, that the devs addressed in the future, from what you're saying. 😊

Aye, infinite summons are a powerful mechanic. Probably too powerful. 😅 (Or, as I often say, bullshit.)

I was surprised he didn't go for Yarrick, yes - Godswyl's AI tends to go for high armor targets. I think I got lucky with the passive hit targeting the Cadian, and then the AI "thinking" saw that as an easy kill. It might be more viable to put WTP in Yarrick's place - the Warrior should be able to tank Godswyl while getting rid of both the Templars there, but I didn't want to use it just yet for "common heroes" reasons. Or maybe even Hollan, tanking with Hyde.

That's inevitable when you have a "best team / strategy". And yes, we all will eventually gravitate towards those. Just at different paces, depending on how much everyone spends on the game. 😅

Thaddeus woulda dealt less damage on even ground adjacent to Calgar, I checked. By only a few hundred, but according to the damage indicator this was still optimal. But yeah, that was part of my reasoning when I mentioned bringing in Aethana instead of Calgar in the outro screen - everyone gets buffed then. And, well, what can I say - my Admechs are still at early Gold stages, so this will have to do for now, and may help everyone who's still living in 2023 and only has a Ragnar team. 😅

@caoryn I mean high ground + Calgar for the best of Thaddy :) and yes, I've spent several months making my AdMechs playable... And still not finished (badges...) ;)

Well, that is also possible and in fact I went for it (stack Maugan and Thaddeus on the east high ground and juggle Calgar to there), and ended up with less damage total. Partly due to Ragnar not critting at all during his super happy wolf time, and partly because I lost one more Maugan being stationary turn.

Well, maybe with the help of my guildies - I don't have all the heroes at viable levels and I much prefer to show "our work" to scouring the other CC's for their gameplay.

Next appointment is on the 28th, the nerve should get pulled out then and hopefully more of the tooth will get filed away - I don't really expect the crown getting made just yet. Who doesn't love going to the dentist.

Arf, I remembered to kick out Incisus and didn't double check that no other Imperials snuck in after - a mistake that's been in there since the first video, where I forgot that it's "no Imperials" between the script and the video itself and went "Oh, why didn't I put Incisus in there to heal?" 😅 I guess it makes for a good viewer attention check, at least. Thanks for pointing it out. 😊 Update: I removed Certus, Sarquael and Azrael from the 1-Hit Alpha team suggestions, and removed one Abaddon from the Resilient team suggestions in the raws for the third repeat, but won't replace this vid - not ashamed of showing my mistakes. 😅

I know the AdMechs are fond of the Necrons, but they still don't use their Orbs... yet. 😁 But yeah. Vitruvius is nice to have but so far not really a high priority to get and build - perfect Legendary to be given by the evil RNG!

@ Sorry got confused because those are interchangeable to me in my thoughts because I need 100s of both. Chaos is, of course, the only alliance that I have 10+ L orbs in inventory, even though I could use them for promotions immediately.

No need to apologise. 😅 I'm in that situation with Imperial orbs - got a hundred of those and nobody to use them on. My Xenos are standing in a line in front of my 5 or so orbs, several ready to get promoted further, and a bunch of my Chaos boys are all eyeing the twenty orbs I just got ready to ascend Wrask and Azkor to legendary (Wrask is waiting for the next 10-pull for the milestone reward and Azkor needs three or four onslaughts). The resource crunch is real.

Aye, I just couldn't resist. Only wish I'd done that later in the day when I was at operating temperature with a proper script and all. Maybe make it actually funny.

Welp, and when SP implements more legendary stars, the joke will be on us. 😅
