Broke and alone at 60 years of age and I can no longer work because of palindromic rheumatism that has progressed into rheumatoid arthritis. Pain level can be so intense that if my house was on fire I could not get out of bed. I am a diesel mechanic / truck driver but that type of work or any other is out of the question. I am unreliable because of unpredictable flare-ups and fatigue. Always could count on myself to figure a way out of situations but this one is proving to be almost impossible.
