A wonderful documentary about "Valleys" life. My guess, it's about late 70s vintage. There was a sense of hope in the narrator's voice, for the future. After the 80 s miners strike and forty years since Thatcher, has it been realised? I think not. It is a poigniant reminder of what the valleys once were.
