This was hard to watch because of how much misinformation and bias was included in this documentary. Documentaries are supposed to be educational, yet now anyone watching this will think that fentanyl only comes in blue pill form and that’s it. No matter how much you want to criminalize drugs, people are going to do everything they can to seek them out and WILL get high. If you really care about people, if you really care about lives, you teach people drug safety, how to test their drugs and what to do in case of an overdose. This documentary is just pushing a right wing political agenda and is there to show that they don’t really care about saving lives. You all have been fighting a war on drugs for several decades and drugs are winning. Maybe time to try something else.

I did party a lot when I was young but never never never touched any drug. That was a promise with my parents. Never never drug.

It seems to me we have to also look at the upbringing and family relationships in the home .Now a days family members r too. Busy with their own Lives and paying bills . U ask them most of the time they will answer I DONT KNOW they have every thing they want and need .DO THEY..?.? I know I was a single mom raising two boys .it was hard but I was there for them no dates for me no other men coming around ,they went to baseball and other sports we went on vacation together we loved the train we have beautiful memories and guess what..?? they turned out wonderful. They both have good careers beautiful children and wives .another thing I never spoke ill about their dad and all the pain he caused. I told them the whole story when they were over18. Thank GOD for my children and grandchildren 🤙🥰

All these parents say same thing " My Kid didn't know he was buying fentanyl they were buying oxy xanax " Whilst I'm sure some were correct, but seriously IF YOU DIDN'T BUY IT FROM A PHARMACY in a sealed packet Dont swallow it. But the Medical Examiner said most deaths were from fentanyl being heated and inhaled ? Is it parents trying to believe their child was an innocent victim or are these kids really blameless ? Any death is a tragedy something has to be done to stop this. I was in law enforcement for 37yrs Policing is only small part of any drug strategy, education has to be the priority.

I feel so bad for all these sad fentanyl deaths.The one about Devin was so sad because all he went through 80 procedures and had chronic pain. It sounds like he wasn't able to get his pain meds becsuse he was 19.I am not sure if I understood it right but it sounded like he was fighting pain. As someone who has lived with chronic pain it is pure hell. This just breaks my heart.What the prosecutor told the mother that he chose to take it so they would not prosecute the case.This is so sad.

Remember when covid totals were on a scoreboard on every news program? Maybe we need that again showing opioid deaths per day so everybody can see it is a leading cause of death in this country.

So sad for the kids who do these drugs to 'fit in' or who feel the need to escape in their minds...perhaps all the TV shows that always have adults reaching for alcohol when they have a hard day, shows kids that 'checking out' is normal behavior???

It started long before this drug. The pharmaceutical companies were sued and major oversight from government was to take place. They removed lead paint.
