Hi guys!! I'm Nikol :) I love gymnastics and I am currently training to be in Gold next season. (NGA) I will post competition videos but next year in January when the season starts. I will post new skills I get or I am working on at practice over the summer and into winter! Feel free to ask questions about gymnastics and I will try my best to answer them!

Guys! My gymnastics team competes in the NATIONAL GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION!!!! (NGA)!!! In this organization, we are mostly able to customize our routines as long as we meet the requirements of our level! I am going to compete in Gold this upcoming season. Since gold is a really flexible level, I am able to do different skills from my teammates or other teams that I can do well! USAG is a completely different organization that has completely different rules.

We get pur routines early for level 6! I can’t wait to get mine even tho idk if I will even use it because you get it before you know you make level 6 or 7 lolll
@@PinkPengwin that's so cool but I mean if u get into level 7 then you technically get two routines
@@NikolJorgens wait why?? At mine you get 1 routine for level 6 and 7 then you get a new one for levels 8,9,10 so you only get like 2 routines in total at my gym lol

my level 3 routine was kip, back hip circle, jump to the high bar, kip, back hip circle, swings, go down, swings, then we’re you turn and touch the bar with your other hand and land…
That’s my level 2 bar routine 😭😭😭
I can’t even swing on a bar let alone do what she did bravo 🎉

I want to reestart gymnastics because i did it when i was 5,6 years old and now im 15😅 and i fall in love with gymnastics again haha
@@hyeinn31 just start up classes again! It's super easy to start and your age does not matter at all!!!!
Oh nice, mine was a pullover backhipscircle cast squat to the high bar 3 swings then turn and dismount I stuck it perfectly 😁

I hate those they hurt my shoulder and I was always scared of them I do back handsprings bc they are less scary for me lol
@@PinkPengwin yess bro they hurt my shoulders so much 😭😩
Maybe you should try a back handspring? They don’t hurt my shoulders and for me they are easier to land and keep my hips squared!
@@NikolJorgens it takes a little to get over the fear of back handsprings but once you do it it’s super easy!
@@PinkPengwin yess I was actually working on them before I started back walkovers but I have a hard time keeping my arms tight so I ended up collapsing so many times 😭😭

Oh my goodness when I did gymnastics I couldn't jump during my routine otherwise it would be crazy so I had to do like this huge jump that would cause a deduction because I was so short so I literally had to like do a pull up then a pull over
Even the “easy” gymnastics skills are hard.
Back hip circles are hard
I CAN NOT DO A GLIDE SWING 😭😭 MY LEGS BEND EVERYTIME! (any tips, gymnasts?)
@@lovinqess make sure the bar is at a good height for u and squeezeeeee trust me ik it's weird but if ur body is completely tight from head to toe u should be able to do it! Also don't arch! Hope this helps!!! ❤️🫶

i always get so happy when i see someone else doing the same sport as me. i am going to be a diamond this season and my bar routine will be kip cast handstand clearhip squat on kip cast clearhip layout flyaway.

It’s pretty hard bro. I’ve been training to do a pull up and over for months and I still can’t. Anyway level 3 is kind of in the basics but still hard
As a level 3 gymnast level 3 isn't really intense it's still hard but it isn't like doing back handsprings on floor we rlly only do with spots or on trampoline.
