My miniatures didn't really have a stickiness problem. i painted them with flat black spray paint and then a clear matte acrylic spray paint in a shaker can from Red Fox. You can see the clear coat spray at 09:00 . Maybe the matte clear arcylic helps. Never really had stickyness.... Thanks for the comment

I used two spray, a flat black and then a chrome silver. i used the metallic both to highlight and give a bit of metallic finish as well. Thanks for the comment!

I use the original boxes for all my storage. If you are putting together an army across several boxes you need to think of that. Also, use I use a clear coat as a finisher to protect the paint job in storage, gameplay, transport. Let's us know if you go with a custom storage....

@@pontosfathomhobbies yes the three I mentioned are definitely in the same vein as Acquire but each one is unique. 3M made some great games and many are my favorites of all time.

We used to play Mr. President a lot back in the '70s. Bazaar was good. I also remember liking Twixt and Breakthru (which is kind of like Norse Chess, with very elegant pieces). I've never played Ploy, but I think it looks cool with its flying saucer shaped pieces and futuristic look.

Thanks for the comment and info. Well there is also the Siege Expansion that has both an Castle, with Ramparts, Towers, Gatehouse and a huge Keep miniature. Also comes with rules system and seige engine miniatures. Both are worth it. I'll be posting an unboxing and a paint through upcoming. Thanks!

I will be posting a gameplay with a friend in addition to this solo play. Just break out the game and start playing a solo version, I enjoy this too... Let me know when you play it! 😅

@@pontosfathomhobbies Yeah, I don't really know too many people who like to play games, so I have played solo versions of some. I have a big collection of those bookshelf games, I have almost all of them. I know I'm missing one of them that is very rare, can't remember what it's called. My favorite out of all of them was Feudal, which is a little like chess. We used to play that a lot when I was younger.

@@belpack8989same here. I often play Stocks & Bonds and Acquire solo as I don’t have a lot of friends who play games either. It’s like competing with myself to see if I can better my last score.

I've messed up the the heads on these Bandai RG Evangelions before. Actually the first time i built EVA Unit 00 I split a piece in half on the head and on the moveable cover for the entry plug. I ended up using rubber cement and glued together just fine. Give is a try you should be able to fix it.

Thank you! I've been seeing stuff online on how to fix shoulder and hip joints but none regarding the head part so this gives me a boost in my confidence. I thought my model kit is done for for sure.
