Unless they patched the rhynio smaller traps cause the animation to cancel and the taming to fail. Its a new feature to ASA to make it seem mor realistic when creatures hit collision. I have shown several smaller traps that work on ASE

you can always just lock the rhynio down with gates until its ready to tame then let it go so that it impregnates your dino then runs away.

Ya I think they thought it would be an obvious mechanic due to other similar games but the games that have similar systems that I have played require you to get fragments of the same name to upgrade. The good news is blueprint progress carries over so you will have the opportunity to get more fragments next season.

The wish machine. You get a few from the mythic crates in each city other than that its the wish machine

If you are on single player got to steam - library - Ark - properties - launch options - and enter - ~ preventhibernation Then when you load your world use the command cheat destroywilddinos This should fix spawns you may need to sue the comand slomo 100 for about 20 minutes then switch back to slomo 1 to get dinos to spawn back.

It is effected by egg quality / cravings / size / and maybe the infected dinos base tamed level / born level so in your case brontos Like other dinos the Ryhinio can inherit levels/ stats form one or both of the parents so it is possible to get an ok Rynio with a lower level Ryhnio but less likely since egg quality is based off of the Ryhios level

Fragments are from the Mythical chests the ones that are one to each city. The other way is to get them from the wish machine. The idea is that you will not get all the fragments you need in one season. to get blueprints maxed would probably take 2-3 seasons of focusing only on one set.

lol ya they are not really comparable other than what was expected to happen. Wildcard put together a huge group of talent and big names that had to be costly. Its to bad it wasn't better and on a better streaming platform. Fallout and Cyber punk brought in a ton of new players to their games. Had Ark the animated series done so we might have a different game right? right?....

I think if you're veteran from earlier netease game (*cough* life after), this is a normal things to always happened, the only difference is the pacing of the work is much easier and not grindy af as life after imho

lol Wildcard is what killed the community. The video goes over what wildcard has done in the past and what we might expect in the future. And if said prediction comes true how to make sure you don't lose access to ASE. Its not really negative.

its a prediction based on their past behaviors and it doesn't take much for players to prevent this outcome. If it never happens great it will be my first prediction about ark to not come true though. Personally, I hope it doesn't but there is money sitting in ASE and they are going to be looking for a way to tap into that.

@@CamwayGaming honestly I don't think they ever would remove it from Steam, on the off chance someone buys it they get money from it. WC has already removed all upkeep from ASE, so its just free money if someone buys it.

@@allytank-itykitty7417 Ya they wont remove it from steam but if they ever feel they want to push more people into ASA they can drop an update that will break all the mods and or save files. A less likely option would be to remove the matchmaking / server part of ASE so its only single player. I have never seen or heard of Snail selling any of their games but I guess its possible especially since its a public traded company now if they file for bankruptcy they may have to sell pieces off.

I Have that specialization and it was the final pickaxe you can make I'm at work unsure the exact ingredients to make the pickaxe. The drills do not get that much more but they are so much faster and I am still using the first one I made for this video. I have not had to replace the battery or make a new one yet durability is finally around 1/2 and I mine 2 to 4k materials a day. Though the new phase I feel like is giving less materials but I think the message when the phase started was it would increase the materials farmed.

@@TheShabick If you farm with the tungsten pickaxe at night you will technically get 25% more should push it up to about what the drill is getting but the drill is fast. Combine the drill with the fish oil luck food and you will get an insane amount fast.

Solar drill paired with the harvest sickle and the consumable that gives 66%,666%, or 6666% on the last strike. I get over 1k silver ore in just 5 mins of walking around. Shit is ridiculous

Ya so many mods and they can change things so drastically. I like the one that makes it so you never have to reload lol I'm working on getting all the mods I can so I can make a video over that to help clear it up but then there are the perks that can make weapons and mods better as well depending on the build. If your a fan of fortress warfare you might like the armor set that gives you more damage when you crouch I'm at work and cant think of the name but I want to say its buyable in the wish machine shop

ya lol the mining drill randomly stops working and when it does run for a full 24 hours it is barely anything. With the advanced drill I'm getting thousands of any ore I go for in just a short time period. With the seasons so short it would be nice if they boosted the passive farming a bit

@@CamwayGaming the thing is, mineing drills are passive income, and theres a reason i say drills, there is no limit to how many you make, only power and how many digbys you have, additionally, higher quality digbys make them works signifigently faster and better, one drill is pretty meh, 10 of them? that is a LOT of ore you can make, especially with good digbys, ESPECIALLY in a zone with a lot of the respective ore you want, that actually matters alot, you can also mine stuff you wouldint expect, like salt and stardust, stuff that is normally unobtainible outside of specific areas or simply rare though this is again simply passive income, it is absolutely lightyears slower then actively mineing the respective material with a high quality drill, it also doesent require any actual effort on your part once set up

@@jaycobhughes3932 ya the biggest issue is time we get 6 weeks and very little power to make massive farms with for everything needed so passive mining - acid making ect do not help much with everything going away every 6 weeks. Some balancing of these things is needed - more power securement units (more load on server) better rates (best option) or longer seasons (not sure thats viable)

If you’re on everyday then yeah it’s not really valuable. But I think that’s meant more for the casual players. Like I have only gotten on the last few days to cycle my acid production. I had these set up but they got destroyed when I moved my base and I haven’t rebuilt them yet. But that shit could definitely help me. Come back after a few days and you don’t need to farm first thing. You can actually enjoy the game for a min.

You can get blueprint fragments in mythical chests but those are limited. Other than that currently the wish machine. The design is supposed to be to make it take several seasons to max one blueprint

In ASA this cave is very easy to raid on foot you can also run turret walls on terror birds thylos and such. It was much better in ASE In ASA the entrance has huge los issues Keep in mind tech weapon range

@@goatuy On island just west of green obi is a cave I want to say it is the pack cave that is one of the best currently. On Center I would have to say the swim in drop down cave on Center though its a close one to pearl but pearl just doesn't have the room for several layers of defenses. On island Easy underwater the UW cave on the west coast is good - Hunter and Ice are ok - all others are fairly easy to raid. - if your really good at pvp and online all the time carno cave is ok but has some los issues to work around.

@@Description230 Nice. Thanks for sharing! Currently I am wearing Radi and rustic armor I like the damage reduction from raid and the damage increase my luck on the wish machine has been low got to try some more for better gear.

What I currently have LOL . I'm still not knowing . So I do a bit of trial and error. I do like the SHark Revolver I got from the Wish Machine. Even tho its only blue t2/L2 I'm Digging the KAM pioneer with Shrapnel effect. ESP with Steel AMMO Can't Craft a T3 yet I'm missing a resource . To build a Advance/Intermate Gear Bench Armor is Raid 3/6 (still) and ballistic? 3/6

everyone uses shrapnel because of youtube. I personally like unstable bomber, frost vortex and w/e the pulse lightning shit is. Maining Frost Vortex right now - trying to make a whole kit of it. AK, SMG, and just got the shotgun today - i like variety.
