Looks like CHEC is installing Curb and channel (also known as curb and gutter) is a roadside construction design used to manage water drainage and improve road durability and safety. It typically consists of: 1. Curb: • The vertical or near-vertical raised edge along the road, providing a boundary between the road and adjacent areas like sidewalks or landscapes. • It helps contain and guide water flow to prevent flooding on the roadway. 2. Channel (or Gutter): • The sloped or shallow section next to the curb, designed to collect and direct rainwater or runoff. • It channels water toward designated drainage points, such as stormwater inlets or culverts. That’s too narrow for a sidewalk.

Very necessary where would people walk if there no walk way?

All these little minor works that don't necessarily required any sophisticated equipment and major expertise, I think the government should just give the local contactors these. If have no locals competent enough or have no locals with the basic equipment to undertake these little minor works, then our government and our school and engineers system has failed us and it doesn't make sense. So it wouldn't make sense to go technical trade instruction, if we can't do this by ourselves. It mean what we have in place don't make any sense or it need to upgrade

The curb wall between the brick tiles and the roads Looks very poor like always That should have been done properly before the tiles are laid down. If it stays that way. It won't be long before some of those bricks start coming loose, That's what I noticed. Quality of work is not important to some of these contractors the curb wall is made of %80 marl that why they are pitted breaking off. The priminister said he gets complaints about it .i thought it wasn't a problem Because I heard no one complaint. So I was glad when he said there will be some body to make sure these things don't happen on the spark program. Even the brand new highways some walls are breaking apart chips away because they are made of mostly marl. These contractors need proper vetting and educational training
