I agree with both ... Because first of all when you give you get more back which means your cup is being filled while giving... But giving blindly will screw you over because then those you are giving will stop appreciating and start expecting from you. So give where it benefits you too so that both parties get what they want out of the interaction. Developing a township is hard because most people in the township are waiting for a saviour they are not willing to dig themselves out of a whole.. So as someone trying to develop the township.. Find yourself the people who are willing to dig themselves out of the whole because then you can fast track their success. The rest need a longer process where we have a township gathering and find how all of us as a community can rise up together because we are always better as a group. ❤
