It wont work because without access to your location the RTH feature of drone wont work so you have to grant access to your location. Please subscribe to support.

If we have Litchi app installed, We can fly above 15m using DJI Fly app as well. There is one simple trick we have to follow. Below are the steps. 1. First we have to open DJI fly app, then minimise it but do not close it. 2. Now open litchi app, and set the max altitude to any height you wish above 15m and the minimise it. 3. Now come back to DJI fly app. Now you can see that the max height parameter is changed here as well. And you can fly your drone to the height set by you in litchi app.
