Its not every time, for example the Chibi Porcelain lux. I one tapped since its pretty much the only new tactician at that patch. Plus as long as the amount of tacticians newly added is less than pity, I see it as a win.

@@Yoshinooon you probably one tapped chibi porcelain lux because you got all the new new year tacticians when you draw on chibi quqin sona. I know you have lots of money to spare but i kinda feel bad you still have to spend around 1000-2000 pesos(20 draws or more) just to get new mythic chibis cause these new tacticians get in the way. But my point is you already spend so much in the game that everytime a new content is out you just need to spend less that's like riot rewarding you for owning everything in the game but instead they want you to spend even more every patch.

@@kentchristopherbuncag5105 Yeah I get what your pointing, I have like 30+ eggs in my loot that isn't getting used cause the new tacticians isn't obtainable from it so its basically useless for me, you also cant disenchant the owned one you get from eggs and you can only turn it back to eggs.

Yes, 30 capsule is the max pity. I could just buy 30 and I won't have to go back to shop again. But the problem with that is in case I get it early, it means I could save RP if I hit the 1% since I don't really need skin shards. Which is why I buy 3 at a time

No, it will only be available thru capsules as of right now. Once the event ends, it should be loot obtainable (can drop from rerolls, orbs, etc)

You can technically get a grab bag which gives you a capsule but its rare as fuck

@@ScubaMuhFuckenSteve Yes you can get grab bag from capsules but its pretty much just 3 more extra skin shard, you cant get the yone skin from it tho. Its extra drop is just ME and 2 more random skin shards if you get lucky

Grab Bags have a chance at giving you a capsule. You can't get the yone skin from the grab bag but you could from the capsule. It's a 1% and another 1%@@Yoshinooon

No you don't need the legendary one. You can get the peacemaker regardless of whether you have the High Noon yone or not

The max pity is 30 pulls which is 22500 RP, which is why im buying 3 at a time in case I get it early which indeed happen here but I didn't save much cause I got it on 27th pull. I just bought another one for collection, although I forgot that there is a capsule on BP so I didn't had to.

If you have the tokens to roll at once (preferably until you hit pity) then I think rolling at once is better (but not converting all RP to tokens in case you get early pity so you can save RP)... But if you don't have that much tokens and you only getting them from BP and such, I think saving up those tokens and waiting for a chibi/mythic tactician you really like would be best.

Here's the official statement about it: While all Chibis discussed here will be released globally alongside the event, the booms designed for Chibi Prestige Dragon Fist Lee Sin and Chibi Porcelain Lux will be released first on TFT’s China server, then make their way to all other Riot regions in a future patch. Chibi Guqin Sona’s boom is available globally via Maven of the Strings bundle. Althought I have no idea if it'll be bundle exclusive(Like Guqin Sona boom) or we'll just receive it for free once it hits our server.
