I have a house in Russellville, and lived full time there for a couple of years. I'd say that a some of the things that aren't discussed in this video is the southern feel and friendly people. Compared to many areas I have lived, the people are friendly, courteous, and mostly God fearing. I have never witnessed any problems at all. The state parks are outstanding within the state, the roads are kept in great shape. I live about 3/4 of my time in Florida, and my car insurance was way less in Arkansas. The state income tax and sales tax rate are too high, but I believe the Governor and state legislature are working on that. I love it in Russellville!!

That outside space is gorgeous and that sunroom could be set up so cute!! What a pretty house!!
