Motogymkhana Youth Club

The second event in my pilot scheme to see if there is scope for a Motogymkhana Youth club in Swindon. Three sixteen year old lads came to Abbey Rider to try out some gymkhana skills. I think it is possible to run some good events for younger riders on 50cc to 125cc next summer.

Have the same problem
Very nice job👏. I want to see the bike concluded. Thank you 👍
What ever happened to this project
Did you ever finish this bike ? Would love to see it
You ruined it with the double sided swinging arm.
本田最高、好きだよ😅カコイヨ最高
Looks like fun.
It was good fun. Also lots of interesting bikes and riders there.....very chilled but nuts.
Hi Very nice project Could I ask which tank you have used ? Thanks in advance
It's the VFR750 tank which will be modified later to accommodate the air tubes and fit the frame rail better.
Rob Fox ah ok. I’ve also searched for some different possibilities. I’ve got a Tank from NC35 But it’s a bit to small I will also have to modify the VFR tank Do you plan a fifth episode? Would be great
@@Baslerino The fifth episode is some what of a bone of contention. I have had very many requests for it and the expectation is high...which is cool but I've been thinking lately that the pressure is taking the fun out of it for me. Just lately things have changed so I can get on and finish it...so we will see if I can be bothered to edit an episode. I just don't want to be another RUclips wanker.
@@RC45tv hello Rob, would be there an opportunity to send you a PM? Would be great
Hi Rob. Many years ago I tried to follow your RC45 project. Did you never finish it?
I wonder if this ever got finished?
Rob nice job. How does the Aprilia fork yoke offset compare to the std (unusually large) RC36 40mm offset ?
hello... pls tell us episode 5 is coming very soon
What paint do you use for forks?
2pk satin laquer with brown ink from art shop.
Rob Fox and dont have problem to scrach the paint ?
any more about this bike??? hope it got finished it looked sweet build.
Nice job. Recently planned VFR as my next project, though previous is still only in the middle. I'll build a RC45 replica from RC46.
what ever happened to this project??
Is there no more of these?
Awesome, looking forward to seeing it progress
episode 5 ?
like like like
wow great effort
Hello Rob hope you and yours well,oh and congrats on wedding. Is she finished yet? Have a peaceful Christmas :)
Hi! The dye is 'StazOn' timber brown 41, made by Tsukneko. It's made for ink pads. I tried about six different types. I thought the Rotring drawing pen refills would work but they turned out to be water based. After about a year it the forks are looking a little bit purple!
Great videos and engineering . Can't wait to see this finished . One question what dye did you add to the laquer to gain the gold finish
Good question. A TIG welder in the hands of an expert would be the strongest for steel and alloy. I do have a TIG welder and I haven't mastered it. I've made some bike frames with the MIG and they have been very good. I'm sticking with MIG for now and I'm going to remake my subframe in alloy when my TIG welding is up to scratch. Are you making a frame?
Excellent work
Awesome. I love the Lucky Strike Scheme, only just sold mine.
Thanks guys, I've just got to my wedding and honeymoon over with and then I can finish it!
Rob Fox you lied!

Dear MrBeboopan, It's coming! Another project jumped the cue in my workshop and got in front of my RVF. I am only a few days away from getting back to it and I can't wait!!!! I think episode five is a few weeks off. I am so excited. Thank you for your patience.

Good job.....more videos????
This is absolutely magnificent. I can't wait to see it done. This is something I want to do in the future so I can have some cool RC company for my SP1.
@monkeynuts1460 Thank you for your interest. I'm waiting for the another pair of carbon end cans to be made, the first pair were the wrong size. Also I have a new apprentice and he is taking a long time to learn.
@seansparkle Thank you! Don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any advice on your project.
You don't do things by half do you?!! Really impressed with what you're doing, I'm just about to start a VFR750 (94-97, haven't bought the bike yet) RC30 replica, hopefully be somewhere near the quality of your work!
@fredcats1 I've sent you my contact details through the RUclips mail service, check your inbox in your channel settings.
