I think some parents are also a reason some men don’t feel like they need to express themselves. I heard a mother telling her son(I think he was about 5years old) that crying is for girls. Such statements may seem insignificant but they have an impact on how the child will express themselves when let’s say they need help or are going through a hard time when they are still young and even when they get older.

Hi Nadia! is there a direct shuttle linking Southend to Colchester? I know of the first buses that does an interchange in Chelmsford via x30 and 71. however, I'm curious as to if there are additional and more direct options?

I agree. It is very important to talk about it if you have depression. A lot of people don't want to be around or associate with super depressed people. But you still need to find people to talk to. Find either people with empathy or shared common problems. Anxiety and depression affects most people. I was surprised when I learned at one point not everyone has depression because personally I've had depression since I was a little kid. It never gets better. It's always the same. But that's life I guess.
