FULLY LOADED MILWAUKEE-PACKOUT CONTRACTOR VAN
Could have just stuck your hand in the hole and felt it.
@andrewengland971 yes, but even better if we have technology to keep our mittens dry! 😁😃
But like how 😭
total BS product-the tubing is corrugated- it will NEVER DRAIN COMPLETELY! imagine how nice that is going to smell after a little while? DON'T BE FOOLED; this product is TERRIBLE- Get "Snappy Trap" brand ; why = many reasons but one is because they include LOTS of additional parts that allow you to use the system in MANY MORE applications; you want SNAPPY TRAP- ASK A PLUMBER DAMN IT!
I have one. First time I got to use it was at a ladies house one weekend. Her meter box was full. Pulled it out, turned it on and started pumping. She said " Oh my god, that is so cool". I said " I know right".
@bsilva1243 it really come since handy in those cases and so much quicker than a vacuum!
Can I use this for main drain sewer line 4 inch?
@sh2697 yes it works great for any drain and has special heads for 4" pipe, thanks for your comment.
Excellent
What a mess
It really is 😂
Ok I'll bite. Why are there two Harbor Freight wheel chocks next to the water heater?
Good observation, the gasline came up about 3" from the bottom of next to the water heater so we use the blocks while we tilt the heater outbox the closet doesn't touch the gasline, like a ramp.
My guy that heater looks so old why would you even flush that I’m telling them im not allowed to touch it and it needs replaced😭
We replaced it, but this one wouldn't even flush out because of sediment buildup so we had to do this.
I use a smaller version to empty my 30 gal fish tank.
How does this handle wipes? Does it tangle the chain?
What the brand name?
@JRS-GMS I don't remember the exact brand but it's from Amazon one of the hydraulic ones and works great!
I can't wait till the m18 fuel stick pump comes out. It looked amazing at pipeline this year !
@Jasonpmc78-wm3xu yeah milwaukees always got something fresh coming out!
Well you need to make one if you want to take a bath, problem solved 👍✌️
What size bit did you use to get that auger to work with your drill instead of the M12 Trapsnake powered drill?
This dude shoots all of the bigfoot sighting videos.
Actually funny my angles were wierd for sure unfortunately 😂😂
I have found personally, rather than struggle and possibly make the job harder in the “30 second” long run is, instead of initially trying to remove the spigot in left-tread situations by fighting it loose is, put a small amount of right-hand tightening until it does even the slightest movement, then proceed with left-hand removal. Try it once, you can thank me later, and you will never not try this way again.
Thanks for the tip!
Why not replace the rubber seal in the handle?
That is an option but for only a couple of dollars more (in parts) I find it to be the same amount of labor as putting a new one, thank you for your comment.
@@pvp-plumbing you make a valid point. Do you ever refurb parts for later use?
Re: owners and small jobs (not doing them or screwing up doing them)-never underestimate your expertise! Things you can do in your sleep other people couldn’t do in a day. Just because it’s second nature to you doesn’t mean it is for everyone else. Charge accordingly!
Hey man I'm a plumber in Texas, and I was just wondering: do y'all not primarily use blue monster Teflon; and do y'all only use tape OR dope instead of both? Main reason I ask is cause we use blue monster and do both in Texas. Just curious, no hate ❤️
I like the Grey one
Yeah we do have it but it's a little big to carry In my backpack pouch lol so I like the standard little rolls but yes that's also big out here and yes I usually use both yellow or grey tape and pipe dope when I do gaslines in black iron , thanks for commenting !
@@pvp-plumbing okay interesting. And yeah no problem, thanks for responding!
Worked plumbing a year n a half and we tape and dope em or at least that’s what I was taught to do 💯
Blue monster and pipe dope for me personally in Louisiana, but most guys I know only use one or another.
RUclips algorithmic gold. Im homeless and squatting while i save money to leave my state. Where im at ive managed to set up solar power. But running water has been an issue. Not anymore lmao!!! 🤣🤣😂😂
I normally hate sharkbite fittings but this application is what they're good for
Yes a perfect example of when to use
@@pvp-plumbing yall ever solder still?
Wet Bandits.
Some people... good work
Thank you!
Plunger:
This works even better tho!
Dr suess sounding tool 😂😂😂😂
Closet Auger.
"Clog logger"? Speak slower or please say the name if the tool 2-3 times. Unfamiliar words are hard to catch when you talk fast as you say it.
Your right... I'm just so used to saying it but it's a "Closet auger"
We learn something new everyday:)
Absolutely ! 😊
Your going to learn the hard way that you need to use a flame proof mat around the pipe at the wall if not it's very easy to start a fire in the wall. I have seen it happen a couple of time's
Good tip to keep In mind 👌
Is there normally a separate shut off valve in commerical bathrooms, so one doesn't have to shut off water to the whole building, if the shut off in those toilets don't work?
If you go to the water meter and loosen the union all the water in the house will drain out to that loose union then you can heat the old solder off.Hope that will help you on the next one👍
that's not a bad idea we've done it once before, thank you for your comment!
Yeah until u end up with another leak or can't get the shut off to stay off or even come back on. I learned to leave other things alone when old and crusty comes into play😊 been here 1 too many times before. Worked as a plumbers helper for years
It wasnt quick but it was done right Is propaby the only way here😅
You'd be surprised with some of the repairs I've seen before!
Use bread
What you mean it wasnt a quick job? It took less then a min!
True!!😂
If you’re that close to the wall you can heat the fitting from the inside so you don’t burn the wall then apply the solder like normal.
Tape 3/8 soft copper to your vacuum stick it in the pipe to suck out water so you can heat your fitting
Not a bad idea
"Wasn't quick" eh never is. But wasn't pretty either man that's a mess
easy fix. Ball up some bread and stuff it down the pipe. It will hold the water back long enough to get the solder in. Then once you turn the water back on it will flush it out.
True I just didn't have any bread unfortunately! 😂
i usually open the irrigation valves manually and let the water flow into there
Great tip actually
@@pvp-plumbing thought id share one of mine since I never thought of bringing a shopvac with me
Thread n dope
… but it’s not a dolly? That’s more like a cart conversion adapter thing?
You burnt the stucco! Maybe a sheet metal backer next time?
Yeah for sure!
What shelving is that?
We Made it custom using 3/4" birch , thanks for watching !
Youre not a plumber youre a damn handyman with all them damn shark bites and corrugated p traps. Get out of here with that crap. Lol
Why so many bands? Bands will make her dance? Lol
I recommend using a 1/4 inch R.O line to blow out excess water
I agree I think the issue is because it was the lowest point in the house and the main at the meter wasn't shutting off the water all the way.
Stick a peice of bread in the valve and quickly unsolder it before it has rhe chance to soak
Yes would have if I had some! lol
If I used that saw I would’ve nicked my hands on the wall 20 times.
No kidding I always do too! 😂
15mm Pipe cutting is 0,15mm knuckle grinding😂
Why didn't you open all the water from the inside of the house 🤔
I did but I think what happened is the main shutoff wasn't turning the water off all the way and it was at the meter... so yeah lol thanks for watching!
@@pvp-plumbing then turn off from the meter
@@ceciliodeloera587 yes like I said the meter shutoff wasn't turning it all the way off
Probably couldn't get inside
