I know this video was done a few years ago but I've only just come across it, i love it, the man who potraid Freddie in this story looks so much like Freddie, it's uncanny, he should have portraid him in the film, he looks like his twin, I've still got recordings on old video tapes ( packed away) of some of his concerts that i recorded off my old t.v, in the 80s. He had a great vocal range,a power house and was a great performer and queen iconic band will never be forgotten they will go down i history as one of the best bands ever. Coping with being HIV positive both for the person suffering in those days especially in the late 1980s early 90s with the paranoia and lack of knowledge, treatment and peoples attitude was often so difficult, the stigma, the judgements of others affected the lives of those suffering and their loved ones and even in their lives both proffessionally, socially, the stigma, the mental and physical as well as spiritual challenges, relationships was huge. People often were judged either as gay or IV drug users, even if partners who werent gay or users of drugs could have caught it in blood transfusions or even sexually even when the aids carrier wasnt gay or promiscouous.. My partner was HIV positive and was the love of my life and this still touches me so deeply all these years after she died and she fortunately didnt suffer AIDS but had an accident which was a blessing in that she didnt suffer awful pain. God bless those and im glad society is far less judgemental and better informed now and medical breakthroughs mean its far less terminal than before.

23, xx ? AS MUCH AS I HAVE LOVED AND STILL LOVE QUEEN , the ( probably not accurate translation or reptesentation of him like saying: " F*** it, it doesn't matter anyway" that makes me angry. Like ....did he continue to have unprotected s** KNOWING HE WAS POSITIVE ? THAT WOULD BE AN A- HOLE MOVE ! ( Even if it was done in denial.) I had a patient once, maybe 20 , coming in for a sore throat. There is a specific pattern of inflamation that points to HIV and the Pt. came clear about his private life imnediately. He said he was never really responsible and impulsive and he knew it somehow. So calm. While still a kid when you look at the frontal lobe... I only remember how calm he was, but completely freaked out when (upon his release), I took out his i.v. ( plastic only, not a butterfly) with normal gloves and put only a normal piece of 1x1 inch of cotton between his blood and my hands and put a band aid on it. HE SCREAMED AT ME NOT TO TOUCH HIM AND THAT THERE WAS A DROP OF BLOOD AND HE COULD INFECT ME - AS IF HE WAS POISONOUS OR SOMETHING ! He was diagnosed with a live altering illness and all he cared was other people. It took 15 minutes to reassure him that even without gloves, he couldn't infect me, other than we both had beeeding wounds press together to harm me... and that I knew what doing and it was SAFE . It was one of the situations I had to punch the wall in the disposal rooms and cry . BUT then again, no one will ever really know what really was known, revealed,shared etc. I JUST meant if you know you have Hep C or chlamydia or HPV and continue to not tell your partner , .....that's an a - hole move. Probably get kids without telling a spouse. I've seen the results of babies with a tracheostomy because of HPV - because the spouse barely had synptoms, the mother was barely informed and the infant was deliverd not via C- section and almost di**d because of the warts in their trachea.....and they had to be to removed via laser aged xx weeks , x months and again and again.

I was at work one day talking to a work mate about music and i said you know what i don't understand is they have never made a film about Queen one of the best bands ever. He said they have and showed me a clip of what was to come. I watched the clip and the part what stuck with me was the hay Ho Hay ho. When freddie got them all going in 1985 He was born to entertain us and he sure did.

I cry every time I watcha documentary or the movie starring Ramy Malik. He was such a nice guy that just ended up in a sad situation. I wish things could have gone differently for him. The world really did lose a treasure when he passed away! :(
