I started going to the gym about 2 years ago. Pretty early on, I noticed that the same 2 employees work night shift; a guy and a girl. For about a year, I had thought "this girl is kind of attractive", but that's it. I don't fall in love with looks, so it was no big deal, even though physically she was completely my type. About a year goes by, where the only communication we had was "sup" or "how was your weekend", and I was perfectly fine with that. Here's the thing, though - and I should have recognized it early on for what it was. She began seeking me out in the gym, playing games with me, trying to scare me, typical "friend" stuff, which I chose not to read too much into. Another few weeks pass by of this behavior every night, and eventually it progresses to her inquiring about my life, where I went to school, what I'm into, tastes in music, out of sheer dumb luck, she finds out where I work, and comes into my job from time to time, shooting my compliment after compliment "omg, you come to the gym after work, you're a beast?" "You don't listen to music when you work out? You're savage". Still, I keep my guard up. I acknowledged that there were feelings there that she was trying to pull to the surface, and I stayed true to myself. Then she took it a step further, and it absolutely broke me. It broke our dynamic, it broke our vibe, it quite literally got me in a state of having "caught feelings", what she said on my way out of the gym one night was "Are you religious?" to which my response was "not really, but I am interested in reading the bible, and learning, I just haven't set time aside in my life to be able to do so". Shortly after, she started getting too intimate with me on my way out of the gym, she would tell me "I've been having dreams about you" (To which, granted, I am a man, my first thought goes to nsfw dreams but I don't tell her, rather I ask "what kind of dreams") to which, she tells me one was a dream in which I was at her house, and another was that of me, her, and her daughter at church. So, I start going to church. Granted, I'm not doing it for her, but to learn and understand the culture. If that makes sense. My first time going, I ask her "would you like to go? I'm kind of new to this and would like some guidance" and she agrees, then an hour beforehand she says she can't make it, that her daughter is sick. So I still go, even though it was difficult considering I just got off work an hour or two beforehand. Next week comes and goes, and I go again, I already know where this is going so I simply say I'm going to church, and don't invite her. She automatically goes on the defensive, and says "I can't go this week, it's the 1 year anniversary of my grandmother's passing", so I again, know where this is going. I pass out on the third week, and can't make it to church, and yet again, she has another excuse. So just now, I ask her flat out "would you like to go to church?" and the response I got was "I have my daughter, and I don't feel comfortable taking her car-seat out of the car and putting it in someone else's car". She always had an excuse, I was always a "ghost" to her friends and family, she'd always be glued to her phone when we were together, granted she never flirted with other people right in front of me, I did get the vibe that most of that was done online, sometimes it was like I couldn't get a response out of her, unless she needed something, anytime I tried to talk about the future, it got shot down, and much more. Honestly, know your fucking value. There's something that draws these women in, and it's knowing your worth. They know they aren't shit, and they know you're the shit. They see the most important things that make you who you are, and they seek to take them, because they can't do what you do. Ghost these women.

Why worry? There’s so many women chasing so few high value men, that one isn’t worth the time to worry about. But then again, if you are worried, you’re not one of those high value men.

The number 8 part is the one that strikes out to lots of guys. For me, there is a major creep factor to number 8. The girl’s ex boyfriend only dated here for one month and they broke up. But the ex ended telling her small group of girl mates that he liked a few of them that she disliked it. It’s a sign even if the girl moves on from the ex, her group of girls will be an orbit to that guy and so this girl has her life intertwined back to the ex. So I just avoided talking to her later on.

I was raised by a narcissistic woman and ended up in 3 long term relationships with narcissistic women. I'm not gay but I don't even want a woman around me anymore. I've been single and celibate for al year and I had and I don't even have sexual desires anymore because they think all they need to bring to the table is their vaginas and honestly those aren't as good as they think they are and they think that because weak men that can't controll themselves sexually have them believing its something wonderful and its really nothing that special about it. They can't use sex to control you if you don't care if you don't have sex with them or any other woman and I love when they try that with me because I have more time for football and sleep
