    What? I hope you save my comments because I'm the brain damage woman that is mad that you I can't do your jobs but I figuring out that having too much pressure on your brain causes long-term ramifications instead of taking care of it when people are children by the time they're 18 their brains are not plastic anymore I know my brain cell and I felt it fall when they moved me up after sucking out half of the fluid that was in my cyst 75% of it but the scars still there and it's subarachnoid and nobody thinks about the scars that it leaves behind. It's very painful especially when that blood isn't getting to your brain and your brain screeches that it wants to die it's saying you have no idea how hard it is to be a patient and listen to your ignorance and you won't even check PubMed before you do something this idiotic for the entire internet to see how ignorant you really are and it's tragic that you don't even know when Iota one little grain of sand about what somebody with an arachnoices lives with because they're all symptomatic they aren't asymptomatic not one of them. If you leave them alone you are going to cause more pressure on somebody's brain and they are going to have suicidal ideations by the time they are 16 and if you don't tell those children that you knew they were ill they can want to kill you because it's so bad I know I've talked to some of the parents that have had psychotic children and it's sad because you don't do things to mitigate these kinds of issues that we have because we're brain damaged and you're too stupid to notice how we are brain damage. You can't do the who what when where why and how of brain damage because you can't stop and think about what it's like. Put a rock in your shoe and walk on it all day and see how it feels at the end of the day and maybe then you'll realize what it's like to have a brain tumor. How about you do it for an hour. How would you do it for 5 hours while you're doing surgery? How about you do it a day or a month or a year or five years so you get an idea of the issues that you can have from having a stupid rock in your shoes versus a rotting pussy cyst in the center of your head that you do nothing to mitigate the long-term damage because you don't do enough research yourself you think you're better than everybody I can't stand you neurosurgeons I put you all in your place because you're a bunch of tools that don't do your research and it shows

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Oh my God please if you are too old to stand there and do two surgeries on one person to get rid of a subdural hematoma in an arachnoid cyst and you can't stand there long enough to do it you should not be operating on anybody because that's dangerous you need help you need somebody else to help you and it's not fair for you to take all the credit and take all the risk and not get half the results from somebody else that can help you instead of being proud of yourself because you can't do it and you're breaking your oath because you're doing more harm by leaving a cyst alone so that it can cause another one and it hurts and you don't see it because you don't understand how much damage you do to the sympathetic nervous system every time you cut into the CNS

  • @CatherineEClay

    I cannot tell you how much my neuropsychology problems got better after surgery you don't know because you don't live with me

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Well you should include those psychotic and autistic disorders because that's what makes us a little bit kooky and unable to understand you and be confused all the time because you make no sense to us you don't have to carry around a routing septic brain tumor in your head that's filled with pus and let doctors operate on you where they release all of cracking into your head all of that puss all of that goo that you open those cysts and then let into our central nervous systems instead of second out as much as possible before you finish straight them it's so sick how you do not think about what you're doing to a human being before you do it and you don't recognize the problems that we have psych psychologically and there's a lot of stuff that you can put in there to put us all together so you can understand how fast we need surgery which is pretty fucking fast let me tell you nobody once you find one of these nobody should have there's no excuse for you not to do a spinal tap to see how high the pressure is and do a spinal tap well so that the people don't wish they ever had another one because these are instrumental and making sure that we are healthy

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Too bad you've never experienced the wonders of having surgery on your own brain so that when you realize you are cognitively different afterwards and could think clearly without unfettered thoughts it was a major life change. You could understand people a little bit better and you weren't so confused and your symptoms of being so severely autistic and somewhat retarded maybe not the whole way but at least you feel better and your brain and in your own skin and you'll never understand that because you don't know what it's like to have so much pressure behind your head. It's not just having a headache it's with your eyes popping out of your head you can see people's pressure behind their eyeballs it's so hot. You need to do a spinal tap so you can know how high the pressure is in their brain so that you can try and circumvent then from getting multiple sclerosis and other long-term central nervous system diseases. My body did not feel comfortable to live in until my period stopped and I went through menopause. Had I known that I would have had my ovaries taken out a lot longer ago because it was so painful to have a period and to have a brain tumor at the same time and to have a functioning body with a mind that is screaming at you to kill it everyday because there is not enough blood getting to the Pia matter where the cyst is stuck and you can't see that because you don't feel it in your own brain you don't feel the Adams splitting in your womb I do. I'm very sensitive I feel the Adam's splitting in the back of my brain I felt my cerebellum ripping into pieces because some asshole didn't get the shunt into my head and instead left a bride and septic tube and my gut for 7 years because he couldn't count to three you all are not careful enough with us and it's tragic because you don't see the long-term ramifications of your ignorance that you choose to spew all over the internet

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Oh yes but if you don't operate on us as children we can't hit those High academic marks because we can't think as freely as if our CSF wasn't causing us problems but you can't recognize that

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Football should be illegal and I can't believe you would be so stupid to put a child that has an arachnid cyst in a game where it can pop and Destroy so much of the inside of their brains and you don't care because you'd rather see them play football and watch their brains explode

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    When you say incidental it has two meanings. A radiologist uses it as to, look what I just happened to find. A neurosurgeon says something stupid like, oh it's no big deal it just happens to be there and it's not going to cause any problems and the long run because I'm too stupid to do a spinal tap and try and understand the scourge and damage that these things cause on the central nervous system as people age because I don't care enough about my patients to see the long-term ramifications. I don't care if they get infections after brain surgery because we didn't give them antibiotics that worked because not all of us have the foresight to think about that kind of stuff because you haven't been faced with the problem of having somebody that had sepsis or meningitis after their surgeries. I've been the lucky recipient of such ignorance and I've had to deal with so much bullshit and the last 30 years because you spread your ignorance instead of educating yourself and it said that you don't even understand more than 60 people with this disease and I've spoken to over a thousand maybe two or $5,000 at this point since 2003. You have not done your due diligence as doctors and it said to listen to you go on and view your ignorance but I'm going to listen to the end so that I can identify some of the problems in your thinking so you can free yourself from some of the slavery ideas that you've had about all kinds of brain ailments that should not be in your head and you just leave them be so that they can weaken the brain in the long run and we can't do that to people's heads anymore and we can't keep encouraging women to have these children or even operate on them when they're in the room that's so fucking gross I can't believe so many people are so egotistical that they will do that to a child that is such child abuse that's almost as bad as circumcising a child

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    How evil is that? To wait 3 years and not even do a spinal tap? Do you hear yourselves congratulating yourselves on how you treat these people? You treat us like we're invisible and I hate that I hate that I have to school you on what it's like to be your supply. The supply you need in order to satiate your ego and saying that we should wait without even using your knowledge to do a spinal tap or using your brain to go through PubMed and read all the articles on arachnoid cyst before you get up here and start saying and spreading your ignorance. It's a shame I don't have the arachnoid cyst foundations website up anymore because I got sick of people like you not knowing what you were saying and not trying to change the world in a positive manner instead you're just pulling us along from the 1850s from when these are arachnoices were first discovered and it's say it

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Why would you leave a large arachnois cyst that had communicated with CSF alone to do more damage in the long run? Why would you want to expose somebody to having another arachnoid cyst by the time they're 50 years old because somebody decided to use the wait and see approach on me? And look what I am I have two brain tumors now answering my alien and Chiari malformation I couldn't believe how big the cyst over my cerebellum is now because I didn't get a shunt sooner because my husband took it out of my spine by doing something he shouldn't have been doing but surprised I'm still alive I got a septic tube am I get after I had four surgeries to remove patient that failed. You all need to be cognizant of the problems that these things cause because the symptoms that you're asking for aren't the symptoms that you think because you don't understand the symptoms that go with these bullshit you say it's asymptomatic but it sucks that you don't understand what a symptom means asymptomatic. It's said that you don't understand your own patience because because you don't take the time to look up and do research on PubMed before you even did this paper so that you could expose yourself or your ignorance and my God please if you have stats on your surgeries for arachnoid cyst you should let every patient know what it is so that we do not get failed by you and you quit treating us like there's a failure in us because you can't do your job. It's that simple. You think you're special and you don't understand your own work and how it impacts people's lives and if you don't do your job you're going to cause other people to have other arachnoices in their brain as they age because you don't see how the CSF goes up into the ventricles and causes more pressure on the back part of the cerebellum where does ventricles come in it's safe it's say that you don't understand and we should not have shunts in our brains because that's dumb that's the dumbest thing in the world because you can't do anything to get rid of these arachnoid cysts and sticking something inside of them is just a ticking time bomb use it lumbar shunt over anything

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Gee if you get these children fixed sooner than they won't be in a bubble just watching everything go by them and understanding things through so many different layers that somebody with a neurotypical brain will never understand because we're neurodivergent and it's not our choice and you guys do stupid things to us like the wait and see approach to see how bad these aragnosis can develop. You haven't done enough research I've spoken over a thousand people since 2003 and I know exactly how these things evolved because I've read just as much as many papers as if possibly good up until I'd say 15 2015 is when I pretty much stopped so I would appreciate it if you could do a little bit more research I'm more than 60 people or ask me some questions because you're making people develop more arachnoid cysts by not doing spinal taps but not taking care of these things so that they're not a problem and not telling mothers not to have children that have brain tumors that's the lowest form of child abuse there is. Making a child be born with a brain tumor no and it's going to have cognitive problems now and it's going to have a psychiatric problems no it's knowing it's going to want to kill itself or have homicidal ideations I know I've spoken to enough mothers who have had crazy children that used to beat the shit out of them because they can't beat their heads on the ground and there's nobody else around thank God I'm not like that thank God I take it out on myself and not other people because it's so easy well I take it out with my language but I don't take it out and real life I take it out am I riding and it causes a lot of harm that way too bad I can't always understand things because my brain has now split in my cerebellum is now split because some stupid ass so thought I should wait and see how my brain evolves am I syringomyelia gets worse and all this other shi wrong with my central nervous system I wish you could talk to me and ask me a bunch of questions I could tell you and direct you as much as I could

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    Do you hear yourself? Do you hon honestly understand anything about the brain? Do you understand that when you cut into the arachnoid membrane you're cutting into all the tendrils all the little nerves that branch out into our body and when you don't do surgery as a child you weaken the brain to the point where it starts to develop more arachnoices as you age I know I've got pseudotumor Supply which is another arachnoid cyst in case you haven't done the research I have because I've known about my cyst since 1989 when I was 17 years old and now I am so ill I can't believe I can walk I have multiple sclerosis and all kinds of central nervous system diseases and let me tell you how much fun it was to be diagnosed with syringomyalia and it took me 49 years to be diagnosed with EDS. It's a great joy in my life I wish to God some of you guys really understood the impact of your ignorance

  • @CatherineEClay
    @CatherineEClay 2 года назад

    On a 50 year old female that had an arachnoid cyst that was the size of a plum when I was 18 years old and they change it and didn't make it small enough and it's subarachnoid so it causes more pain and you guys leave the cysts alone so that they can cause other arachnoid cyst which is inexcusable and doing shunts inside the brain for the first surgery is inexcusable as well when you can go into the spine instead of trying to suck the juice out of a miraculous cyst just take the pressure off of their brains and don't let children be born so they can be abused from the get-go. You don't know what it's going to cause them long term you haven't done enough long-term studies to know what's going to happen to us and it's a shame because now I have pseudotumerous answering myelia and a Chiari malformation and multiple sclerosis and and and the list goes on and on and on my central nervous system my central nervous system is completely fucked up because some doctor said wait and see look at that look at that look at me look at me having a big old brain tumor trying to function and you won't let me die and you won't let me live the way that I need to because you're all wrong with the world and you all need mmps so you can understand what's wrong with your own brains and how your narcissism is not helping you or anybody else on the planet because you're saying look at me look at me I'm a brain surgeon I know better than somebody that suffering from this disease and has for the last 50 years of her life I'm sorry sorry I have to be a btch like I am but don't take it personal take it like a man like if I were a man telling you this stuff nipples. You're a bunch of women just look at your chest and you can all breastfeed guess what? In the future if you want children you're going to be breastfeeding

    We are in India and My son have metopic craniosynostosis we did not opt for surgery due to lack of knowledge. He is now 5+ and his skull shape kind of improved gradually, also we did not notice any difference in his development compared to other kids in my family .. some time he is too smart and always energetic .. I am happy that's he is not different from other kids of his age but worried it might impact his future.. Till what age should I keep monitoring his activities?? His skull size is bit bigger than other kids of his age though he has trignocephaly

      Don't even botber to come to Rotterdam. This woman does not seem to care about children, only her reputation. A craniofacial team in Paris actually performed cosmetic cranial vault surgery on children beyond the age of 1. (Even in the US) While indeed the surgery is more complicated beyond the first year of Lofe the principal statys the same. The patients operated by this team (mostly adolescents) actually were very happy with the outcome,.and their overall well being improved. You cant claim that there wont be a esthetic improvement of the child's skull and face when surgery is performed after 1 year of Age.
