Hey are these things so badly designed… they should have a native English speaker on the team before production. I’m trying to set mine up and am now looking for how to select the hour because there are always two hours displayed…. So which one is the programming hour? Good day. I have the same thermostat as this. However it is stuck in HL mode and I can’t seem to disable it to allow me to change the temp setting. Would you have any suggestions? Thanks

@@poplarparkfilms So for me, it was actually stuck because the building (I live in an apartment) had put it on lock for everyone for the winter.
