Come with us to Sakana, located at the Maryland/Flamingo intersection in Las Vegas Nevada! All you can eat just $25 before 3pm and $30 after 3pm. The food is excellent and the service and ambiance is great, too! We found the salmon selections to be some of the freshest and tastiest we have had. 9/2024

Good value for what the customer gets. The restaurant is located on Maryland Pkwy near E Flamingo next to a Target. The area gets very busy during lunch and weekends. Though the area is sketchy.
I never had sushi, but this place seems like a great place to try it. Thanks
@@ad6a8a I think the price is fair and they have so many options so even meat-eaters will get full. We think this is a good place to try something new because the portions are small and if you don't like it you can try something else! Thank you so much for going along with us!

Please go to Circus Circus steakhouse. Figure 100 a piece. Vegetables included. They have the beef hung up. That is a real steakhouse. Very quaint and quiet. Other famous steakhouses are loud. Wr have been going there for over 30 yrs. It is still the best food and quiet. Thank you for this video. Oxtail soup is usually made for vegetable soup. You can add stew beef.
What is Matt's recommendation for a $1,50 Yakasoba from a grocery store? I tried Teriyaki Maddness last time I was there but a good Yakasoba for $1.50? That sounds too good to pass up. Thanks for the Vids.
Matt gets Maruchan from the grocery and says it is not bad. We have never been to Teriyaki Madness but one just opened by Virgin Hotel we may check out. Thank you so much for going along with us Scott!
@@hungryvegas Thanks for the info. My wife swears I tried something similar and didn't care for it, I do not remember trying it so I will be getting some of this Yakasoba tomorrow and trying it.
Nice intro to Max's menu. There's also a Philippines buffet inside the Chinatown Plaza on Spring Mountain Rd called Nanay Gloria, costs $18. It would be great to see you eating the dishes in the restaurant and then giving your reaction right after. You could then give a final score in your car.
My family took me their being half Filipino. I food was excellent and service was good. We also had the whole chicken. Glad you like it as I travel through Philippines a lot.

If you are going to do the reviews you have to get what comes on the burger and that is cheese. You are not giving a true review of the burger if you don't get what comes on it? Who doesn't like cheese? Please tell me why???

You found some good deals on burgers, fries, beer, especially Parlour. Even if there's an extra $2 for fries, better quality than fast food restaurants..Was surprised to hear a St Louis native that doesn't like beer.
That first burger looks horrendous. Looks to be a frozen patty. Definitely not a smash burger.
Worked for restaurant food suppliers, 18bin is 100% a frozen patty.

Yes! Maybe 15 minutes due west from Fremont Experience. Worth a visit!
Great video! Yukon, Good Pie, Evel Pie or Pizza Rock? Which would you say has the best pie?
Okay, this is a really fun question so thank you for asking! For the most part we agree on our favorite pizza spots but pizza TYPE kinda needs it's own category, you know? So, first off, we aren't Good Pie fans. It is definitely at the bottom of our list because it just doesn't make us go, "this is awesome" It is just average pizza to us. Jodi's favorite pizza spot is Yukon because she loves that kind of pizza. Thin, rustic, simple, the fire bake, just perfect for her. Matt's favorite is the Detroit pizza from Red Dwarf. They only make one pie, Detroit style, and it has been perfected at Red Dwarf. AND the laid-back punk/tiki vibe there is always a perfect addition to the food. However, we both love the rustic pizzas AND Detroit style from Pizza Rock. If we have friends visit, we take them to Pizza Rock for the million choices of pizza styles made perfectly due to FIVE different ovens to make them. When on Fremont, and looking for a really tasty slice in a retro-rock bustling atmosphere, Evil Pie is perfect. Love the New York style huge delicious slice BUT the line can be very long (we aren't waiting in line for an hour!) and it is often crowded and loud which generally isn't what we are in the mood for. Runners-up for pizza we also like is Grimaldi's in Palazzo. It is a chain but they also have fire ovens for a perfect crust, great toppings flavors, and won't break the bank. Matt wants to add Brooklyn's Best that he says is a solid pizza, too. So there you have it. Yukon and Red Dwarf tie as our favorites mostly because we like that they are mom-n-pop spots with good vibes and incredible pizza each and every time. So, Charles, what is YOUR opinion on best of Vegas pizza?

@charlesdeguia995 Exactly what you should do Downtown. Both walking distance, both excellent. If you like meatballs, we think Pizza Rock has the best in town, or try the Balls to the Wall slice at Evil Pie!

All the food was good, but nothing at all memorable. Probably the people who go crazy over this place are the ones homesick for it. Kinda like us when we think of Steak N Shake. Comfort meal from "back home". 😊

Thanks for doing this. When it was called Terribles they used to have a special called the "Deuces wild". 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage and 2 pancakes for $2.22. It was the best breakfast deal in town. We'd start every day with breakfast there, then play a little Video Poker and perhaps enjoy a Bloody Mary or a screwdriver while we played. Those were the good ol' days. God I miss them!!!!

as far as I know, they are the only one to actually prepare a spring roll wrap in front of you with a presentation show and explanation. Also never seen a chinese restaurant offer spring wrap like that even premade. This is the only thing I wanna try there. Everything else looks standard.

@hungryvegas Hi, starting with breakfast at something called mama's, then we will do 1 buffet at Bacchanal. Wife wants to go to a dive bar for dark beer. The rest we play by ear. Also we do walks at Cornerstone Park (railroad lake) in Henderson.

We have never been to that buffet but it sounds like you have and it is probably amazing! The arts district has brewery road with some incredible beers that might be just right for you and your wife!
