Why do yall lay edges down with a natural hair style? Real question. I don't get it. Your hair is beautiful.
Thank you!! Honestly I just prefer it. I never liked frizzy edges even when I was a loose natural, not saying they need to be sleek and super layer at all but I think a little spruce up helps to compliment my hair.

I am a lover of bobs and it looks good on you.❤ My microlocs are shoulder length now and my goal is bra strap length but I really want to cut it into a bob but I’m going to try my best to see it through.😊
Aww thankss 🫶🏽 and yeah, longer was and is still my goal. I wasn’t really itching for a Bob, it just kind of happened 😭 In your case, though, I would do the locbob styling that don’t actually require cutting your hair. They are gorgeous and I believe they can help you feel out if you would really like short hair or not.

@@ADoseOfGINGER LOL I am going to for sure look some videos up before I trim, I just loved that you wasn't to fearful to try and that even though you didn't like it at first you kept trying to find a way your hair and i think that's what a hair journey is about. I am usually to scared to mess up but hair grows back at the end of the day 🫣🙃
@@YourMilkAndHoneyYESS! Hair definitely grows back! When it comes to trying new things with MY hair, fear has definitely left the building for me! I’ve been doing my own hair since foreverrrr and even when it looked odd or crazy to others.. if I liked it; that was enough for me. In the process of cutting my Locs I had people laughing at me and telling me I shouldn’t have cut it. But I saw it through and now those same people are complementing me !

Hey!! So sorry to hear that! I’m located in Long Island, New York. Though I’m not a professional loctician, I do take care of a few peoples Locs. Whether it’s routine retired or re-twist, reattaching locs that have fallen out/ broken off or as you’ve seen in this video combining Locs to promote healthier growth and strengthening the roots when necessary.
