Hey Jessie. Its rainy and cooler today. My sister, daughter, sister in law, and daughter in law are together in October. We plan our Thanksgiving menu and divide the dishes up. That way, we all know that we're not going to have just turkey and like five dishes of corn...lol. its not all on one person either. This year, we planned our Christmas meal as well.

Glad you're feeling better. The glass top stoves are great til your pans slide all over the place when stirring. 😅😅 Mine drives me nuts with that. Dinner looked good.

Hey there, good to hear that you’re feeling better now. Sorry you were feeling so poorly and for so long. I am cooking dinner for thanksgiving for us this year and have been out shopping for most of the ingredients but I forgot some so now have another list going. I do some day-before prep as much as I can. I always make cranberry salad the day before and bake a pumpkin pie. I also cut up the celery and onion that will be put into the dressing and tear up the bread ahead of time. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.

We celebrate Thanksgiving with our kiddos who can make it. This year just 2 of the 4 kids (they are all grown) and significant others, and my brother who is alone. We make all the usual; turkey with dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, yams with marshmallows, green bean casserole, corn casserole, rolls, appetizers and of course pies. I make enough to send leftovers home. Glad you are feeling better and being cateful when you are out. I am 66 and I will mask up in larger groups.

I'm so glad you are feeling better. I'm not hosting this year, but I usually start prepping about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving if I'm hosting. I'll cook up things that I can freeze and just put in croc pot the night before beans, collards, corn, and squash. I like to bake my cornbread about 4 days before I'm making my dressing the night beforehand so it's good and dried out. I make my pies early and freeze them also and take them out 2 days beforehand. I make all my cold stuff the day before. Only thing I save for morning of is my turkey and frying chicken. We have a large family so it requires a lot of food.

❤ hello lady I absolutely love the floors in that office it's just the way you guys did them I love it I know it's plywood but the way you guys did it it looks so nice and also of course in the beginning where you showed off the desk and everything all done of course in the end you did too but oh my gosh you look so pretty and how that desk turned out I remember when you were painting it but it just looks so good I love it I love what you did with the room and I hope you get to feeling better❤
