Hi, Amy. I just wanted to take a second to thank you for how much you and your music have helped me. Watching you perform Singing You Through is one of my favorite songs that you and the Sea Chanters have performed. There’s something in your voice during your solo line that just makes me really believe what you’re singing. Meeting you at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall was both an immense honor and pleasure for me. Since discovering you and the Sea Chanters in the beginning of the pandemic, you’ve quickly become my idol. Although I was shy and nervous, you were warm, kind, friendly, and patient. We took some photos and talked for a few minutes before I had to leave after the show. I’ll be forever grateful for those memories. I just wanted to say that you should never stop making music. I truly believe that people are put on this earth having special, innate talents for a reason, and your ability to share hope, joy, and peace with others through your voice is (I believe) an example of that. Keep doing what you’re doing. I hope you can come back to Pittsburgh someday and we can talk more in depth. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
