I've heard those berry poppers work pretty well! But yeah, I've caught a lot of em over the past couple of years by twitching cicadas, hoppers, beetles, and spiders... Really, any dime sized foam bug fly works pretty well. Thanks for watching and dropping a comment! 🙂✌️🎣

Thanks! If you are here in AZ, a 6 wt fly rod and reel is a good place to start (it can handle trout, bass, and small to medium sized carp). For our canals, using floating fly line with straight 10 lb leader (one end attached to fly line and other end directly to fly) works very well for both bass and carp. Yo Brody! Hope you're having a great week. There are plenty of shad, bluegill and tilapia minnows (and bigger) baitfish for the bass to eat, as well as the occasional crawfish, and they definitely eat big bugs (grasshoppers, dragon flies, cockroaches, etc) if they fall/land in the canals. So, quite a bit for them to eat. Yeah man, looks like another week or so of upwards of 110°, then we should be falling down to the low 100s/High 90s 🤞🤞. Btw, I just saw a comment from you on an Alaska video I did where I flew off my bike at the end (I think RUclips hid your comment for language, lol) but yeah... I accidentally hit the front brake on my bike which caused me to fly over the handlebars!! I was being an idiot and riding on that bike really fast with only one hand (holding my GoPro in the other hand). The fall actually shattered my GoPro viewing screen!
