I have a 2011 P7B. Just got it from a dealer in FL. It was used by a small town in Louisiana and has only 75k miles. Im also from CT. I hope to keep mine running and I hope it will last through me maintaining it.

I have a 2009 P71 with the optional power driver's seat (mine has bucket seats) and cruise control. A lot of P71's came without these. It looks like yours was ordered with the SAP or street appearance package which is fairly rare. You can tell because there's no cutout for a spotlight, the door and trunk lid surrounds are chrome, and it has a Crown Victoria instead of a Police Interceptor badge.
