No wonder most homes being featured in these vlogs are located at BF Homes. Sellers are getting rid of them due to water issues, and these issues are decades old! 😮. Those water towers are super ugly. Who wants to live next to an ugly water tower? 😅. And there’s literally no sidewalks for pedestrians to walk on. Some parts of the sidewalks have taken over by homeowners who thought they own it by planting shrubs and small trees outside their boundaries. And the association doesn’t do anything about this? 😮
