Hey just want to say nice vids on the ttr230! Sometimes its better to see things come apart then rely on a manual.
Your vocabulary is as impressive as your ability to handle tools and set this video for all to see. Well done!
VERY well done video and very helpful! Great job!
Nice job. Small suggestion - wear gloves - oil/fuel is not good for you - it soaks through your skin.
I don't know about a dude but why is it you search for 1972 450wr Husqvarna you get everything but I have one I'm restoring any input would be appreciated been on ebay
Outstanding job making this video! You’re a natural.
This dude has a sexy voice and hands.
Did you do any upgrades to make it wheelie
Air mods

3 years later, Super helpful video, great job.
This video also applies to the XT 225. Thank you for making this, made the fork seal process much easier.
Amazing Machine - Incredible Condition - Almost too good to get dirty! 👍

Never loosen the cam cap bolts WITHOUT taking tension off of the timing chain first.

Motor 79
Cool
When you were finding the timing mark in the beginning there were 3 incriment marks is it the very last one for top dead center?
That's correct
Very well done. 👍
This is actually probably one of the best I’ve seen of like 100+ for valve adjusting on small engines 👍👍
i took mine apart today and i get get that bushing out, how did you do that?
can’t get the small bushing out
Awesome job man! You saved the weekend! Keep it up.
Great video little dude! Good explanation of the concepts and process. Most kids your age are a fish out of water with technical stuff. I would make one correction though. Chains do not stretch. They wear and loosen, but the metal is extremely high PSI and doesn't give or else you would eat teeth on the gears.
Omg 😂
is the 04 the same?
yes
Really clear and helpful video. Thanks!
Good vid. Thanks..
hey thats my bike
Me to lol
Me too
Me to
That’s my old bike lol
Super helpful video! Well done. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience
What issue were you having that made you decide to replace the clutch? My pw80 struggles when shifted into gear. Any idea what I may need to fix?
Same here. Did you fix the problem?
Excellent filming and description. Thank you for your time and effort. Very simply and clearly explained.

This helped me rebuild some forks today, it was a pain driving the new seals in though but this video helped so thank you, I hope you didn’t get in trouble for making a mess 😂👍🏼

Hola cuantas oz de fluido ingresan en cada barra

Yes the 2007 specs are the exact same

No problem
My zt225 its like a horse love to wheelies
Good video thx
Are you TDC compression or Exhaust. You should make sure you are in the compression stroke for setting timing. Thanks for clearing up which mark is TDC, very hard to find that little bit of info...Cheers
