we went with friends and family....we were alloted rooms which were not clean....there was dust all over the place...it is under construction...it is not fully ready...we heard similr feedback from people who had come for day outing.. especially if you are corporate and wanting send your team for outing.. avoind this place....there are lot of other options available....staff was not responding to any of our requests....on top of that there is no power...the power fluctuation was so high that i could count that it was going off and on for more than 70 times in 2 hours....kids who were playing suddenly there is dark...IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE...avoid at any cost...even if you have booked ask for a refund....but however the morning TREK was tooo good...yes it was good because the trek was in the nature no dust...away from the resort....net net avoid this place....staff is rude...they use wrong words. yes on top of that BREAKFAST was worst...being in karnataka they dont make good Idly...and all other things were bad....the plates and water glasses were not cleaned....last verdict: avoid avoid avoid.... and last i remembered this... there is a man hole in the rain dance area...be careful when you are going there...water smells bad
