I don't know how to write in that pronunciation alphabet, but I'll try to answer haha It's EHS-ka-TOHS. The "es" sounding like "s", the letter, and "tos" sounding like "toss" In fact, when you play the game, there is a narrator that says the name on the main menu! Haha

@@jpnakashima1224Interestingly, if you read the katakana underneath, it says "esukatosu". I'm not native Japanese, but that does make me naturally want to pronounce it the way you described - just with a long O like "toast" instead of short like "toss"
@@MaddoBatto I know what you mean! Honestly I also pronounced it like that until I bought the game and heard the announcer on the title screen. That said, maybe how it's written is how it was supposed to be said but they got a foreigner announcer who just read the title as she understood it? At this point, as with all arcade and adjacent games with those outlandish fun names, I feel like any way is fair game! Haha
