This man needs to get a better education. It is utterly embarrassing (for him) to call a well established power five football team like Iowa the “whitest team” in the big 10. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and has zero practical application. Insulting to so many hard working young men and excellent coaches. This man did absolutely no film study on any of Iowa’s games and it shows. Iowa certainly wasn’t the greatest team in college football that year or almost any year, but go look at the history of the Iowa Hawkeye football program. Especially under Kirk Ferentz. I wholeheartedly believe that 99% of MSU fans are embarrassed by this man. Kirk Ferentz CONSISTENTLY takes walk ons, 1, 2 or 3 star recruits and produces NFL talent. He squeezes more out of less recruited players than almost anyone I’ve seen. No Iowa does not get conference championships very often and certainly not national titles, but to say that Iowa is a bad program? That’s just uneducated. I don’t blame MSU at all, they are a consistently competitive program in a very tough conference obviously, but honestly I would not put MSU’s program above Iowa’s lol.
