RIP Billy Ovitt !❤
WOW!!!!! perfect BULLSEYE Shot... Congratulations young Lady!!! Good Job!!!!
The hardest part for younger or inexperienced hunters, acquiring the target and slowing it down.
Hello is their a Facebook of Cold Hollow Mountain Kennel. I can't find you anywhere! I think you or someone their bought some quail from me last spring?
Just subbed! Hope you have videos this year! 👍🏻👍🏻💯💯
You have way better patience than my father does! I would have gotten a few f bombs trying to locate that deer
That's awesome.... congratulations!!
Buck fever I say! Good job, I love it!
Looks like you need to shorten the butt stock for her
That hunt put a smile on this old face. Congratulations.
Nice Job!!
Thank you
Kudos to y’all hunting in the rain I won’t do it lol refuse my bow or gun to get soaked
Thank you she had just the opening morning to go so we went and i dont normally hunt with my bow in the rain just in case of a marginal hit and like you said hate to get everything wet
Good video, thanks for sharing your hunt. What were those white lines running down that fence line? What are the ropes on the trees?
Thanks for watching and the lines in the woods are maple sap lines and the bigger lines along the meadow are main lines that carry the sap from the woods to the tank house that i was sitting in
Really, my first thought was hunting with a Visually Impaired hunter, as an assistant... Sad to know it's just someone hunting a Maple Syrup farm.
Omgosh find him already!
Congratulations sweetie on your deer kill.
Hi is this pravite land or public land and where in Vermont
Congratulations
Thank you
Congratulations
Thank you
Wow, great video. I'm headed out tomorrow morning. We'll done!!! This girl is lethal.
Thanks for watching and good luck the rest of the season
When I heard that rain I thought, what a bummer. Congratulations on your deer kill. I hunted many years in Pa. and nearly every buck I killed was like yours. Those mountain bucks almost always have broken up racks but most eat as good as any deer out there. As an old man told me in 1967, you can’t eat the horns. If we ever killed a nice racked 6 or 8 pt we’d joke and say oh, a non typical buck. Lol. So again congratulations.
Thanks for watching
Congratulations young lady. Please, please wear alot of hunter orange. Even on private land there maybe a poacher. Want you to be safe, so you can have many more great hunts. With respect Andrew.
Thank you for watching and the comment
Nice! Congratulations!
Thank you
spike horns are legal
Thanks for watching and yes spikes are legal in some areas of Vermont however where we are hunting they are not legal
Needs practice with handling gun
Thanks for watching and your comment
Not enough orange on the girl!!!
Thank you for watching and once we got ready to move we added more orange to both of us
Get her a orange hat or backpack.
Thank you for watching we put more orange on both of us before we headed out with the deer
Nice shot young lady! is that the Ruger American in 243?
Thank you for watching and yes that is the ruger american compact in 7mm-08
@@whoovitt Awesome Job and congratulations! We’re waiting to see what the River American compact .243 can do, and again Congratulations and we’ll done!🦌
VT hunter as well, I got soaked opening day LOL but that Sunday night it froze and was loud Monday morning, but I was able to walk stop and call and had an 8 pointer walk rite to about 20 yards and blew him over with my 35 Whelen! Congratulations on your Buck!
Thank you for watching and congrats on your buck as well. We would have been a lot wetter if i hadnt added the roof the day before
@@whoovitt LOL opening morning I got completely soaked within the first two hours, end it all froze Sunday night so Monday morning it was pretty loud walking but that big buck being in right just called every 3040 yards and paused and he walked right up to me about 20 yards away
She needs to be more excited after she wore me out!!! LoL
Thank you for watching and yeah she wore me out also lol
Nice shot of this Doe looks great thanks for sharing
Thank you
Good second shot. Gun wall to high for her but she got it done. Teaching hunts to the young. Great stuff. Subbed from Manitoba Canada.
Thank you and yes the rail was to high with the deer only being like 40 yards away so she was looking over the deer thru the scope
Sure was rainy on opening day and where we were it was windy...10mph with gusts to 25mph. Still love being in the woods of Vermont and I saw a nice little spike but not legal.
Yes was very wet if it wasnt for the little roof i had added the day before she probably wouldnt have lasted till that buck came and as you saw in the video we also had seen a spike earlier in the morning
Nothing wrong with that great looking deer, congrats!
Thank you
Need some range time. And the don't know if you got the heart comment.....really.
Thanks for watching and the comment
Congratulations Nice job.
Thank you
Congratulations on a beautiful buck. Awesome video
Thank you
That was a great hunt. Ya'll were making me nervous while she was trying to find him in her scope. Congrats young lady and good work Dad keeping her calm.
Thank you and yeah she was making me nervous also lol the railing was to high when the deer was on my side of the stand thats why she couldnt see him since she couldnt angle the gun enough
Please wear tree stand safety harnesses
Thank you.........especially coming down those ladder sticks
Thank you for watching and the comment
Congratulations awesome job!!! That first shot was just a warning shot, smoked him on the second one. Again awesome job.
Thank you and i have watched it in slow motion on my tv and her first shot hit just in front of the chest so im assuming that she pulled the trigger instead of squeezing it which caused the gun to move to the left and the 2nd shot she took her time and squeezed it
Good job… practice target acquisition not just paper punching. Proper training for real world situations goes a long way!
Thank you
Congrats, please wear a harness before you end up injured or dead!
Thank you
Congrats! Great job dad keeping it together, 3rd time the charm. He was looking to be put in the freezer!
Thank you and i have always said if its meant to be it will happen lol
Nicely done
Thank you
Congratulations young lady. Great video too dad.
Thank you
That’s awesome. Congratulations! I was getting nervous just watching. Lol. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you and yes the nervousness was a little high for us lol
