Where can i get the picture?
You can use Google image search for things like that. Make a screenshot, crop the image, save as a file, upload to google image search. If it doesn't find the right image immediately, it helps to add the character's name as a keyword. I found this page that way: hdwallpapers.cat/kawashiro-nitori-water-touhou-kappa-anime-6dhT
