It will run you $150,000 us at least to buy the land and build could be more if you wait long cause materials go up every day
Black River the most neglected town in jamaica. Why, when it is so steep in history and has so much to offer? Can the MP, Mayor and Councillors start a campaign to clean up the place and educate residents/visitors on how to dispose of their litter. It's a disgrace especially the market area. Not my town of choice. Last time I was there I saw people sitting in the small "park " area eating and throwing their litter directly into the sea?? Also by the Bank, I saw rats running everywhere.How is this acceptable?
